Hi...im from Romania....And i have a qestion for you..so plz answer me....Witch is the best....Blackberry curve or Blackberrybold....???.....i need a ansewr for this question..tnx.....because i want to buy a blackberry..
I already have 3 emails in my blackberry bold, but I want to add another one. There is no 'Email Settings' in my Setup folder. I also went into the 'Setup Wizard' and clicked on 'Email Setup', but there is only one option that says 'I want to use a work email account with a blackberry enterprise server'. I couldn't find the other option that I want that should say 'I want to create or add an email address"
when adding an email it isn't as easy as you claim for it to be. When I go to email settings it asks me to sign in I don't have a user name!!! And the one that it gave me online says its invalid when I enter it on my phone.
It doesn't give me the option to just add an email straight from the phone
You may need to register on the network, then send your service books to the device. First, go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing table. Highlight one of the tables, press the menu key, then select Register.
Next, log in to your BlackBerry Internet Service web site for your carrier and then resend the service books. Or you could call the carrier and ask them to do that for you
ok, when i go to setup, i only find 3 things, setup wizard, setup wifi, and setup bluetooth, and theres an extra box for the sim card thing, i see you have a box for email setup, how do i get that box?
To get the email setup wizard to pop up you normally need to speak with your network or service provider to activate the BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS).
Once they have done this will update your BlackBerry and the email options should appear.
..... If not - still speak to your service provider to activate the service and then visit blackberry . com and then select Support and Service then BlackBerry 101 then Email Setup.
Find your service provider and create an account with BlackBerry.
You can then send some called a Service Book to update your BlackBerry with all the correct settings and options.
