The only critique I would have is that where is the call of God in this strategy? I would dread for us to seek human understanding and wisdom in missionary placement. There are still many places where technology still does not reach and I don't believe technology will ever replace the presence of a human being, face to face, in a discipleship relationship. we are limiting God when we look at the world first and then make a strategy it will become a business plan.
