Yes, I fixed the stress fractures by making a new fin out of a different material than the one used in this video. It is more rubbery than rigid plastic, so it will not break. I will post a video of the new fin on my channel.
@RosieRed15 In my opinion, no you do not have to be a strong swimmer. I myself am not a strong swimmer; but I'd say you do need to have at least some sense of body control to use a fin. Some people cannot get used to having their feet together, and can't use the fin.
@RosieRed15 I learned to swim with my feet together first as a kid. After you get the motion down, then you are good. But don't use the fin in the deep end until you think you are ready, wouldn't want anyone to drown=)

I will definitely be looking out for updates, to hopefully buy one. Manufacturer monofins bother me with their ridges that show through material, which looks unreal in photos! I would love a nice smooth fluke that has some nice flexibility! I'm sure others have asked already, but do you know the price range of the fin you may be offering? As I said, I'll be watching. :)

@RosieRed15 In my opinion, no you do not have to be a strong swimmer. I myself am not a strong swimmer; but I'd say you do need to have at least some sense of body control to use a fin. Some people cannot get used to having their feet together, and can't use the fin.
