@osnapitskyla also For the newer "m" phones, there is a way to "downgrade" the firmware to the original version. This can be done by holding "r", "b", and "power" upon turning on the device. However, to "downgrade" the firmware, the phone's battery slot must have a hand-stamped "m" next to the model number and two yellow dots on the corners.

@musicindisguise I had it. It freezes up. Runs Zune which you have to pay for and its pointless. Deletes pictures, contacts and music. Has no apps. One of the worse phones on the market,
