I agree with some of the other comments - you have a great tone to your voice and though you are on pitch for almost all the notes, you jump between keys. Perhaps a some back up chords would help with that.
You are very talented (and you can hit notes higher than I can.=) I agree with bubblrap, though. You sound a little shaky, even though that may just be the camera. You said you were in a hurry, but I'd like to hear it slower than this. Overall, you were great!

Ok, I know you were rushed, but you should have just done it over.
In my oppinion you put in too much vibrato, the annunciation wasn't that great, and you sounded a little unsure of the notes.
No offense but I don't think this is the right song for your voice.
