you may like to look into colloidal silver if you put some in with this ones water it might help fight the cancer, its worked for dog fighting parvo, a women i know with cervical cancer, and my family fiance my 6 yr old, 3 yr old and my self have started to take it just once a week now (we are making our own cause its cheaper in the long run) but ill be using this for my pets as well
Hi! I'm getting a hedgehog and I was wondering if you could give me some tips about them and I'm scared that I will get pricked cause I don’t know how to handle them. please Comment back.
I'm looking into getting a hedgy for myself soon, and I imagine you're petting her with a towel because of her quils... What i'm asking is if they're pettable without protection to your hand and what-not, and how sharp their quils actually are.
Oh, yeah, I can pet her with my bare hands. :) It's just easier sometimes to do it with a towel when I'm doing a more circular motion or when she's in the mood to be covered. :)
Their quills are quite sharp, but when they are really relaxed the quills lie down so that they feel smooth. :)
It's very possible to pet them with your bare hand once they get used to the idea. Unless you pet them in the wrong direction, the quills just feel like any other animal's fur, just more coarse. My Kechara would sprawl out to be petted, and Yoshiko even likes belly-rubs sometimes.
The quills aren't like a porcupine. Some people seem to be able to handle them, but I have held angry babies that were balling up and stuff and they didn't injure me. Anyway, if you spend a lot of time and tame them (this person seems to tame theirs pretty well from their videos) properly, they won't usually try to stab you anyway. As far as petting them goes, well, it isn't like petting fur but I guess it's kind of fun lol
awwwwww she is soooo cutie pie
