  • but you can find anything around you as a staff and carry oit legally you cant carry swords legally without a permit and you will prob kill soemone with s astaff they will get very hurt:)

  • man!i have been learning kung fu fr 3 months.the staff is much difficult to control than the sword

  • Interessiert ihr euch auch manchesmal wie angeblich viele Personen eine Stange Geld {im World Wide Web machen können? Die einzig wahre Lösung seht ihrauf mck-team/punkt/com ! Nun anklicken ;-D.

  • I always liked this technique, but I dont think it makes for a good offensive attack. Sure it looks intimidating and I wouldn't want to be on the other side of that bo while its swingig but, its a pretty weak attack. no leverage, just speed.

  • For development purposes, this is a great wrist, forearm, shoulder, pectoral, neck, and upper back workout.... and if it becomes too easy, just find a heavier staff. :-)

  • tyvm for these demonstrations i was getting very dissapointed by seeing nothing but flashy baton twirlers all over this site so having someone show true bo technique as it was originally intended is refreshing, again tyvm

  • @Azeralas é que tem que começar do começo, mano !

  • isn't that just a figure eight?

  • its like the figure 8 but this one has differrent hand positioning

  • GJ dude

  • GJ dude ;]

  • mmmh... My stile is a littlebit different, so that you can do more moves between this technique :P

  • I dont see the worth of that move, I mean the front spin I do like that seems to be much more powerful, and with your hands so close together wont it give you less control of the Bo if it gets struck?

  • with that meathod you don't have to constantly switch your hands to spin it. But you can start with that and throw it into a more powerful whirwind for a sec to get your strike(s) in. The only reason for the whirlwind is to randomize (to your opponents eye) the direction of the next strike and it puts up an intimidating barrier.

  • The upward motion of the staff is actually more of a strike---the hands are closer together because the aim is to generate more power. The downward spin is actually a defensive spin designed to parry other attacks. So long as you're holding on to your staff when striking, your control over it should be fine---I have seen and done this upward spin with hands together and apart, though.

  • No it wouldn't give you less control, and by keeping your hands so close you can do it faster

  • Bo Staff Techniques : Bo Staff Techniques:lol

  • LMAO, Typo's
