She becomes normal when you rescue her. He chose to harvest her and what that does is rip a slug out of her stomach. She dies when you harvest her.

To Luacrio2324:

For adam, you can get new plasmids.

To get adam you must either:

Save or Harvest little sister's.

If you save little sister, you get 80 adam, but if u rescue 3, and go to gg (gatherers garden) you get 200 adam,some stuff and plasmid. Total adam = 440

Harvesting gives you 160 adam but doesnt give any gifts. Total adam = 480

You may get less Adam but you can only get certain useful plasmids through gifts. Also remember, in the long run you can harvest once and you will still be a good man. :3

adam is gatherd by the little sister its the stuff used 4 plazmids so you get it from the little sisters and use it to help you unless you dont use your plazmids you can just skip the little sisters like i ddo sometimes well on my speed runs and that stuff and you should buy the game its really good

No, actually Tenenbaum gives you 200 adam for losing 60 adam if you rescue them. And then she gives you 300 adam, along with gene tonics and plasmids. The ammo also helps.
