I own both consoles. I prefer the PS3 for many reason. I really don't get why people say that XBL is better than PSN. To me they're the same. Just because you paid for it don't mean it will be better than not paying for it. All you're really paying for on XBL is the ability to have a customizable avatar and cross voice chat. Other than that in terms of online gameplay they both perform exactly the same. Well that seems to be the case in my situation.

I prefer the Xbox 360. I have both and play both. They are both great consoles but what they say, in terms of CoD at least, is true. My K/D is a full point higher, from a 2.5 to a 3.5, on the PS3. The people who play are more likely to be "casual gamers" because it is free. Other than that, the consoles are pretty equal in terms of capabilities. I like the PS3 for the Blu-ray, but prefer the Xbox for the more challenging competition and the controller
