hey, i tried it severall times, this is my experience: explosion with hug fireball :D.

btw. if you want to try it yourself, but u cant get any of that acid, then use this: chlorate with sodium hypochlorate with sugar and water. (NO BAKING POWDER WITH VINEGAR, this will extuingish (or so) the flame because of the CO2).

yeah i get it, only 1 problem: the can is also made out of aluminimunnumnumnum...(?). and that acid, cant u get it in swizzzzzerland?cuz that sucks. even in ma shitty country u can get it (yes i know what acid u mean)

yes: aluminium that is.

and nope, they are very restrictive here. i once spent an entire day going from farmacy to farmacy, drugstore to drugstore - eventually i got one 1/2 liter bottle of water with a drop of acid (so theoreticly i would have to get like 50liters and cook it all up)

and i cant really fly it in by plane either =/

for those of you fed up with the stress to tape the bottle to the can, you can also:

drill a hole in the bottom of the tube and put a small pipe (as long as the other pipe) through it - this must seal off any liquid. then u can take the zippo lighter fluid can and nicely fill in the "fuel" ;-)

an other idea for the turbine would be drilling more holes into the top of the can.
