The helmet was shattered sorry you couldn't see it. The shell was holding it together. I tossed it when I got home.

since someone broke my arm and dislocated my shoulder i have promblems in the shoulder too. It dislocats often during sports(dirt/mtb). It hurts so mutch but i know how to get it back in place.
