Reminds me of my old 8-track of this album driving down some god awful desolate road in the middle of the Navajo reservation, in the middle of the night, on my way to Arizona State University---January 6, 1977!!!!!
this is possibly the most under-noticed album ever recorded...there absolute best album, hands down... almost ever song is first class...and of course Messina's production is guintessential... thank you SO MUCH for posting... can't find anywhere that sells the CD! (if you know... please post... or mail me dbray54@hotmail.com THANKS!
BryanBig, Thanks for posting the songs from this album. It brings back good memories from my youth and the once treasured album collection I have long since given away. I forgot how well they played and sang together.
what a trip good music can take a person on. fifteen years old loggins and messina first concert. what a start to a lifetime of listening to good music
Thank god these two Native Sons have come on back today to celebrate themselves home with a Leap of Faith! Thank you Kenny Loggins for coming home to your roots, Jimmy Messina plays that guitar so sweetly, and you are clearly Angelic!
Personally I liked Mother Lode better, but this was great too
