  • Asian Turkey Burgers LOL!!! When you say "Asian," you are describing an entire continent of diverse ethnicities.

  • mrs dash has a teriaki merinade. that might work instead of the dressing.

  • I haven't made these in a while ,but that's something to think about if I make them again. Thank you

  • hi Allison could u plz tell me where you get the Braggs? i would apprecialte it ty

  • I got it a Whole Foods Market ,but I'm sure you could find it at most health food stores.

  • @allisonpacino what's whestirshire sauce?

  • I use Braggs instead of salt on my food all the time, I love it. Recipe sounds great. thanks! Fab

  • It's good! I'm glad I discovered it :)

  • awsome recipe and definlty something differnt from the norm.i wil probably make this next week

  • I hope you enjoy it...If you don't like some of the ingredients you could always leave it out or replace it with something you like better.

  • where did you find the sugar free on-the-go mixes for bottled water at whole foods? i checked there tonight and couldnt find it...

  • It's with the sport drinks I do believe...I will double check when I go back and I'll let you know :)

  • Hi Allison great reciepe and tips as well looks great will try that that one out

  • Thanks for puting all your instructions in the info area. I just printed it out. Sounds good!!!

  • I hope you like it :) Also, you feel free to ask my anything and I'll do my best to help.

  • I looked up sucralose in the dictionary and it said that it was an artificial sweetener. If you dont mind me asking is that a bad thing or do you just not fancy sucralose? Whats wrong with that dressing having that sucralose in it?

  • I am just not going to eat anymore artificial sweeteners. I honestly don't know the long/short term effects of them ,but they are chemicals and I've found some natural things to replace them that I like. This is just a personal choice that I've talked about so a while and I'm glad to be actually DOING it for once lol.

  • Sucralose isn't good for you. It contains small amounts of heavy metals [methanol and arsenic] When you consume a heavy metal it never leaves your body. It is alos believed to stimulate appetite.

All artificial sweeteners are a bad idea. It is better to just use raw suger and avoid products with sucralose [also called splenda] as well as aspartame [which can be found in Nutrasweet, Equal, and Diet Coke] Aspartame turns into formaldehyde! sick.

Great job cutting that stuff out!!!

  • Wow! Thanks for letting me know, I need to pay more attention to what I'm putting into my body. I haven't had any artificial sweeteners, but I would have never thought to look at the ingredience on a sauce like Allison did. I'm glad I watched this video. I put it as a fave.

  • Also sucralose can cause Organ, genetic, immune system, and reproductive damage, swelling of the liver and kidneys, and decrease in fetal body weight [which is a problem if you are pregnant]

Aspartame has 92 known side effects including memory lose, nerve cell damage, migrines, blindness, Alzheimers and a lot more.

Just incase you were wondering :)

  • Sounds yummy!

  • Looks yummy. Thanks for the recipe.

  • Yea don't try too soon or you'd hate me lol.

  • I bet your family would love them...just don't tell them there's all those veggies in it lol.

  • Ok when will my room be ready? I'm moving in so you can cook for me girl! These sound great! Thanks.

  • Plenty of room...Bring it on!

  • Great recipe Allison, Ive made turkey burgers before but never added in all the ingredients like you, I bet the garlic being in there gave it a great flavor! Thanks again for the recipe.

    -Kenny
