Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons . com w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)
I looked up sucralose in the dictionary and it said that it was an artificial sweetener. If you dont mind me asking is that a bad thing or do you just not fancy sucralose? Whats wrong with that dressing having that sucralose in it?
I am just not going to eat anymore artificial sweeteners. I honestly don't know the long/short term effects of them ,but they are chemicals and I've found some natural things to replace them that I like. This is just a personal choice that I've talked about so a while and I'm glad to be actually DOING it for once lol.
Sucralose isn't good for you. It contains small amounts of heavy metals [methanol and arsenic] When you consume a heavy metal it never leaves your body. It is alos believed to stimulate appetite.
All artificial sweeteners are a bad idea. It is better to just use raw suger and avoid products with sucralose [also called splenda] as well as aspartame [which can be found in Nutrasweet, Equal, and Diet Coke] Aspartame turns into formaldehyde! sick.
Wow! Thanks for letting me know, I need to pay more attention to what I'm putting into my body. I haven't had any artificial sweeteners, but I would have never thought to look at the ingredience on a sauce like Allison did. I'm glad I watched this video. I put it as a fave.
Also sucralose can cause Organ, genetic, immune system, and reproductive damage, swelling of the liver and kidneys, and decrease in fetal body weight [which is a problem if you are pregnant]
Aspartame has 92 known side effects including memory lose, nerve cell damage, migrines, blindness, Alzheimers and a lot more.
Great recipe Allison, Ive made turkey burgers before but never added in all the ingredients like you, I bet the garlic being in there gave it a great flavor! Thanks again for the recipe.
Asian Turkey Burgers LOL!!! When you say "Asian," you are describing an entire continent of diverse ethnicities.
