  • The main problem, as it turned out to be for my sister while she had her child, wasn't so much the toxins (which is serious consern too), but the fact that because she stopped eating meat a year earlier, her body didn't give enough iron for baby's blood even with her taking extra iron.

If one plans to switch, I would say NOT while your baby's food comes directly from you. Plus having a baby is stressful and you do not have the luxury to fall to pieces. Changing diet does that - like it or not.

  • Thank you for sharing!!!!!!

  • culminates today? haha

  • awesome cheers for that

  • my daughter is still breast feeding her 21 month old daughter. she only feeds at night before bed for just a couple of mins. Myself and my daughter have just started the raw food diet (for health/ not weight loss). You know how you pee big amounts...well my grandbaby is doing them too. LOL . Do you think her large amounts of pee could also be an effect of the raw food diet? she isnt doing this diet!

  • Have you compared Breastmilk to the toxins found in Formula?

  • I use the Bionika Entsafter Classic

Modell DA-900 although known als OSCAR.

Im very happy with it and he is very easy too clean

I would always buy it again!

  • I have a

Samson 6-1 Single Auger Wheatgrass & Multi Purpose Juicer

Works well since I am a big fan of wheatgrass I like this juicer.

Easy to clean in just a few minutes

  • Thank you for addressing this topic! I researched when I became pregnant last year and came to the conclusion that too many toxins were released, but now I'll go back and check again. This has been the major issue preventing me from going all raw. I love your guys' show, keep it up! I use the Juiceman Jr. it works ok, but I feel it's wasteful, the pulp is wet and sometimes even still whole.

  • I use the Green Star twin gear, same as what you seem to have. Mine cost $400.00. Isn't there a new smaller version out that is just as effective...?

  • i use the 'ol blend and strain method.

great except my straining bag has holes in it. he-he

  • the mission "initializes" or "engages" today

    and "mechanically" possible

  • I think its because the blades break up the Skin. Ive never used a juicer, but i think the vita mix can release thoes Nutrients that are in the skin by cutting it so fine.

  • I have a Chapion juicer. I bought it 15 years ago. I want to but a new one because the pulp comesout too we.

  • Thank you for talking about this. It's about time somebody does-- and I have to say this is the same conclusion I came to. Thanks for your great and informative shows.

  • lol I like to make up my own words too! I really want to get an air purifier, its been something on my mind for a while, as well as a humidifier. I use a lexen manual jucier but its not the best in dry pulp and very time consuming.

  • Helpful, info!

  • Glad to see you're recommending the Greenstar now Kevin! It's the top of the line for juicing by far!

Great info on breastfeeding too :)

  • HIS HAIR LOOKS GREASY

  • I use our Champion juicer that we bought in the early 80s!

    Debbie *Ü*

  • non i need to get one

  • I use the Omega VRT 330 juicer and love it.

  • I am on a 30 day Raw Food Challenge and I am a Breastfeeding Mom. My child seems calmer and hasnt had any problems. And I agree about the calories. I eat 2 bunches of greens per day. And just think which one creates more toxins in the body McDonalds or a Kale Salad? How good a nutrition can an infant be getting from lifeless food?

  • Jack Lalane....He's my hero!

  • its the 40 dollar one from walmart. Unfortunately it doesn't get all the juice out of the pulp and i end up rejuicing the pulp. and then using a nut milk bag to squeeze it dry. But for the price I'm willing to take the extra steps. Also, its very hard to clean so unfortunately I don't juice often and the idea of clewing my smoothie doesn't interest me most the time. I'd rather just eat the whole fruit.

  • Interesting stuff.

  • nice juicer

  • I hope so, havent watched yet. cause we did it

  • the word is "commences"
