2. Can you back up the deduction that Heb 13:4 is speaking definitely about premarital cohabitation in any other way?

3. Are there any historical sources you may know of that interpret it this way/describe this interpretation?

LOL! All kidding aside, I think this is a great way to teach people about commitment and monogamy! It's completely overdue and I really hope to see more churches start respecting committed cohabitation. It's supported by bible scholarship too, because for a very long time the Strong's concordance has actually endorsed premarital cohabitation as part of the marriage bed in Heb 13:4. Remember though, it's just the 1st step toward a joyful marriage.
