  • Thanksfully, the fast-food restaurants aren't the kings in every country and good natural meals keep existing.

  • This is a great movie! Organic is the only totally real food no matter what you like to eat.

  • ewwwwwwww i will never eat burger after watching this :(((((( poor cows!

  • Watch "Food Inc.".

  • @iraaado Yeah that is a great documentary!

  • im eating a hamburger while i watch this movie :)

  • that girl at 0:29 was a whore!

  • ahahaha Paul Dano ;) ahhhhhh x

  • It's true.People do this shit which makes me sick. There is 2 movies that will show you how fucking gross these fast food places are.Super Size Me(1) and this movie(2).It's fucking sick that people do this. It's a true story to be honest. It's sad and sick.I turned it off after the cow scene. It's just sick that companies just want money, but really they're poising kids and adults.

  • @XxGame07xX They value profit more than anything over the well being of the consumer.

  • If you like fast food and want to continue eating it do not watch this movie. Trust me it will ruin your appetite for fast food.

  • thumbs up if you're watching this movie because Avril Lavigne is in it <3

  • lol Just read 1:09 in the book. Is the movie like a documentary? 'Cause it doesn't look that way by the trailer.

  • Oh my god, I had no idea this was a movie but I have to watch this.

I'm halfway through the book and it's made me tear up twice.

  • If the things in this movie come of a huge shock then you must be living with your head in the ground. I thought the movie was just really strange and never really got any real point across. It really dragged on, the first 30mins were decent and thats about it

  • I was expecting more from this movie, i thought it would be more about the meat and how fast food restaurants work but much of it was about illegal? workers doing shitty jobs in a meat factory. I was not surprised to see how the cows were killed, its confronting but its just the way it happens. How else do you guys think meat is on every fridge in every supermarket/butcher. Mass production and mass slaughter of those cows, they are bred to be eaten, it is no surprise.

  • And why is this rated R?

  • Don't eat meat unless your meat is organic and kosher. This kind of meat is free to roam, fed it's natural diet, antibiotic-free, hormone-free, treated humanely, and killed humanely. Conventional meat on the other hand is an extremely toxic food. Animals are treated cruely, fed grains and other diseased animals, locked in cages, fed GH and antibiotics, and killed in a very inhumane way. Do you see the difference!?!? Do you want mad cow disease!??

  • theres SHIT in our fucking burgers

  • thats because they make a mcdonalds happy meal that draws kids and makes it a "family friendly"place but if they only opened their eyes....we would see if they would ever step into a mcdonalds again....they should play these kinds of videos in schools...let me tell you that would make a big difference ...

  • @tHeWasTeDYouTh You are a sicko if you think that women like to be raped....You have no conscience!!!...There is a word to define people like you: Psychopath!!!!

  • HAHAHAAHAHAHAHHA at 1:30 to 1:37 i've done that before to some fatty fat fat person

  • freaky

  • Why is there so much debate in regards to this film about being a vegetarian?! Duh people! This isn't even the issue here! It's about the entire FOOD INDUSTRY! That means EVERYTHING! It's not about eating or not eating meat, about being a vegan or not being a vegan. Please don't miss the very important point these films about our food industry are making.

  • Fast food is so tasty

  • Im reading the book

  • I've always been shocked by the way Americans overeat, how quick they eat, how much they eat, how many of them seem to be addicted to so simple, dull tasting and looking food, and how much they weigh

  • @jy9626 like to generalize much??

  • @hornetsnest7 true, it's a generalization. but so far as i've lived in north america, there have been few exceptions to the generalization. I never quite get it. Why would people wanna eat their meals in places like McDonald's when they aren't even busy? Even when you're busy, why wouldn't you go for subway sandwiches instead? Don't people want to slowly sit down and enjoy some well-cooked, warm food with all the nutritious ingredients, when they have the time?

  • @jy9626

I've always been shocked by the way the rest of the world accuses Americans of being ignorant and prejudiced when, as it turns out, you guys spew just as much intolerant nonsense as anyone else. Don't try to fit a nation of over 300,000,000 people into the same mold, pal.

  • @bjimzable Compare the average weights of American men and women to those of the French, the Japanese for instance. Americans generally are fatter than people elsewhere.

  • this movie was really boring, i couldnt finish it

  • There is a severe human cost to all food production. Be it in the slaughterhouse or in the fields. Humans who labor in fields for our veges have shotened lifespans and work in horrid contitions so you can have your tomato salad. Vegetarians have blood on thier hands too, its just human blood, not a cows. Theres alot of compelling math for vegan/vege, but its still a philisophical debate. Some animals eat other animals, period. Its up to decide where you fit in. There is no right answer.

  • @FastFoodies go egitarian or vegan that is the answer, atleast thers not shit in that!

    nor human dna hoppfully

  • @FastFoodies ehm... but no vegetarians have human and animals bloods in their hands... wich one is worse?

oh and that may not happen in all the world ;)

  • @FastFoodies Animals eat other animals yes. But they do not capture them, and repeatedly have them raped for breeding, stuff them into ammonia filled sheds where they are tortured and mistreated til their horrific deaths. the animals other animals are eating are truly free range. even our free range meat is treated like crap :( GO VEGAN!!!

  • @86MrsBrown EXACTLY.

  • @FastFoodies

The right answer is the local, organic food.

  • @ffafii Yes it sure is!

  • Peace Message 2011 (For your health) It’s wise to change to a vegan diet for good.

    * It’s Health * It’s Economy * It’s Ecology * It’s Compassion * It’s Peace * It’s Noble

We must stop Animal CRUELTY!!! Peace for ALL who live!!! Happy Holiday

  • So this is to prove that fast food is shitty and corrupt? Well, anyone with a IQ above that of a big mac will know that already.

  • Okay, some things people need to get straight. While it's true that from a "food" safety perspective, cooking your own meat is generally safer, the fact of the matter is that from a moral, environmental, food safety, and health perspective, the vegan diet is far superior in every respect. You want to chow down on meat, you have the legal "right", but don't spread misinformation that veganism is unhealthy in order to justify your own actions to yourself.

  • well, although you should always take responsibility on what you put in your mouth, they really do play a big roll in obesity with the healthy food being more expensive. They really don't give the families in the poverty/lower low class a chance at all, and that's fucked up. Especially with the school's cafeteria food programs that are just as bad.

  • Theres what in the meat?

  • @bOoghy96 shit in the meat

  • Its a fact of life...everybody's gotta eat a little shit every now and then.

  • People. If the food tasts good, eat it.

Stop whining and let politicians worry about how they make it. There are rules and if they abide by them let it be.

Thanks and no, you wont get your 10 seconds back.

  • Those are the guys from little miss sunshine

  • Oh thank god im a vegetarian and eat super healthy. None of the partially hydrogenated crap or high fructose corn syrup that is all disgusting i eat from whole foods, trader joes and sprouts

  • @checkers6336 goooood for youuuuuuuuuuuuu

  • Fast Food company's aim for the poor so as long as we have poverty people will continue to eat cheap food. Its all a big money machine. Healthy food costs more, even if the food itself isn't that expensive it costs money to prepare and store the food...think about it.

  • ay man i love mcdonalds ima eat it man shit that stuff so great man just eat it all day

  • It's so disgraceful how people will put the blame on ANYTHING but themselves. It's the fast food industry's fault that they're fat, not that they can't control themselves. It's the bible's fault they hate gay people, not their own opinion. PLEASE! Man up. The fast food industry is disgusting, but that's not the point, here. Eat in moderation, and you're fine. I'm 19 and have eated FF many times in my life but I'm only 93 pounds. I've recently lost my taste for it, though, which is good.

  • @NightxAngell Honey, I'm 93 pounds and ate a shit load of fastfood while I worked for fast food and never gained weight. Yet I've been sick for the last 4 years because of all the crap I used to eat. Some people gain weight, some people don't. Obesity is just a symptom, not everybody gets the same symptoms from the same products.

  • @VMARIE20

  • @VMARIE20 ur 93 pounds and how old? are u anerexic?

  • @Josieman543 HELLO! I just said I was sick! lol NO. I am NOT nor have I ever been anorexic. I'm one of those lucky bitches who never gained weight! -It just proves, that being skinny does not mean you are healthy! You are what you eat, regardless if you can see it or not!

  • I don't care for fast food myself. But I'm sorry. When your film is compared to a Michael Moore movie, you've lost all credibility.

  • wowie!!

  • I f you love yourself, please don't eat fast food

  • If you love yourself, please don't eat fast food

  • alot of people rely on fast food, they cant afford the nice vegan bullshit health food, and work two jobs. So take your self righteous bullshit and shove it.

  • @Bodogjoe I have 2 jobs and I can't remember the last time I ate at a fast food joint. In the long run, they can cost a person alot more money (not to mention quality of life, which has no price tag) than eating healthy choices from a grocery store.

  • @EricaJeanne27 When you are squeaking by paycheck to paycheck and have kids etc. You are just trying to get by. Not thinking about the long term really. I am just saying from what I have experianced and from what I have seen. Its the same way I feel on religion etc. I could careless what others do, just dont come preaching to me on your self righteous horse.

  • Just read the book lol, it was really boring ^__^

  • People love fast food because it tastes really good, its fast easy and cheap. People should be able to control themselves by what they eat and not blame the fats food industry. We know its high in fat and bad for you ,it dosent take a rocket scientist to figure that out. Just control yourself, if you cant do that blame yourself.

  • hungry...

  • Some stupid Americans Gulf of Mexico, Fast Food.Discrimination. Dolphin fishing in Japan's history of 8000 years Academy in Indian The cove 2 Save the American Cow & Chickens & Human Hamburger & fried chicken is a Very poison. American is Notlongevity,1/3 Obesity.OMG 1/3 Obesity for children.Save the children! Mass consumption, mass murder Growth hormones, antibiotics A lot of cows & Chickens & Human are killed in the U.S. Would you stop killing them please?
  • i love fast foooooooood :)

  • Lmao this movie is such a joke.

  • @nero8289 why is this movie a joke. It is based on the true story written by Eric Schlosser. And if you go on my channel you'll find him speaking about this matter students at Princeton. To tell you the truth this movie is very accurate accept for little dramatization.

  • @PianoGirl4476 sorry but,. i dont go walmart, in my place. we have a local market sell fresh stuffevreday,.

    how do i know?

    i work there,.

  • Comment removed

  • be a vegetarian??!!

just cook for your self,. and know the food is clean,. :)

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @stupidYOOTUBE Yes, but do you know how the porducts you use are produced >:D MWAHAHAHAHA

  • @ivan20587 yup i know,. only process food i dont trust like can goods,. muahahaa

  • @stupidYOOTUBE Don't be a fucking idiot, you can still cook meat and know it is clean plus being a vegan is extremely unhealthy, because you can't replace meat with tofu (just an example) it's just not going to work and veggie dirt can actually be more dangerous than dropping meat on the floor (and fast foot floor are cleaned twice every day or at least ones each day)

  • @Dupstepfreakah first of all im not an idiot!!! (maybe you)

secondly, im not saying be a vegetarian (idiot comment from you) why would you be a vegetarian to escape fast food, just cook for your self to know what you eating is good for your health,.

base on what you said, your a fat fat fat fat idiot kid only wants to eat dirty food serve by idiot person like you!!!!

  • @stupidYOOTUBE Is a "fat fat fat fat teenager" 180 lbs? I beg to differ and read you first comment you're implying that people should be vegans and first of all you can still cook yourself unhealthy food.

  • @stupidYOOTUBE well not really cause you dont know what happened to the food before you bought it..like the factories its made at, ect

  • @SlumberCloud i think u dont get the point,..

  • @stupidYOOTUBE I'm a vegetarian since several months and I'm very proud of myself. People, be vegetarians! If just 1/3 from the population on Mother Earth become vegetarians, I'm sure that everything will change around us. Just think about it and try to change your way of thinking. The power of change is in our hands!!

  • @TheMaggie1206 and where will we grow all the crops ?

  • @kingdarko You realise all these animal we're breeding for slaughter eat corn from crops. so technically there would be far less crops if we were to only eat vegies :D

  • @86MrsBrown I know what they eat, but you're not a cow so i don't expect you to eat only corn. Which is fine if that's what you like. I'm just saying that you realistically you'll find that everything in the veg department will be in higher demand and there may well be corn to eat and corn growing but what about salad and peppers then to grow more you'll need more land which is taken by the corn. Corn is good because it can be stored but i won't satisfy demand.

  • If I tell you how gross food is even in expensive restaurants, you will stop eating at all. This documentary is just simple anti-propaganda against fast food but I don't mean that its food is healthy. However, fast food business is successfully growing around the World and it exist for many years. How came nobody came up with an idea to drive fast-foods out of business? No alternatives?

  • @otamanlvhs The fact that fast food restaurants exist and are successful detracts from the dilemma at hand, which is to question the integrity of their food. Yes, meat at expensive restaurants can still be horrible. This documentary exposes the fact that the fast food industry is only able to thrive by making food as cheap as possible, and then selling it at high prices. To say its propaganda is just foolish. We need to rethink what we eat. Most fast food is just simply disgusting and unhealthy.

  • OM NOM NOM NOM!!

  • i saw this movie and it was grossss. nasttyyyyy. uuggghhh :/

  • directed by the same guy who directed A Scanner Darkly

  • If you people want McDonalds cease to exist, you can just stop buying from there and they will go out of business. If McDonalds was able to expend all over the World it means there's huge demand for it. So,don't blame McDonalds, blame people around the World who actually buy food from there.

  • You´r rong. Dont blame terrorists for using weapons and bombs, blame the idiots who sell it to them.

  • @Joacone

no ur wrong dont blame the idiots who sel it to them blame the idiots who made them... comon dude this is a gay circle..

  • @Joacone No im WONG, not rong

  • Comment removed

  • @otamanlvhs People aren't completely to blame for their need for cheap fast food in the busy world we live in.

  • @otamanlvhs Stupid logic in that case. It's all about marketing. There would be no demand, if there wouldn't be a marketing behind that product! Welcome to the 21st Century!

  • @otamanlvhs definately.

  • @otamanlvhs I have not eaten a McDonalds product since I was five years old and I don't miss it one bit.

  • @comicreaper I'm happy that you can afford to buy healthier food but McDonalds are still full,no matter if it's in Europe or America or any other country.

  • @otamanlvhs I totally agree with you!

  • @otamanlvhs Its a wonder that you actually have to point that out to people. This world is completely over-run with complete fucking idiots.

  • @otamanlvhs great idea and what will you offer us to do with the millions of unemployed :) just a question my friend

  • @otamanlvhs see the only problem with that is that ppl dont care enough to just stop,,,its food and ppl cant just stop eating

  • @otamanlvhs there were three McDonalds restaurants in Iceland, and they are now closed. In a small city in England (can't remember the name) there was only one McDonalds open, and it closed its doors because there where no customers! i think people are beginning to understand and take a responsible part.

  • @otamanlvhs I don't agree with this. I feel like McD (or any company in that respect) has a responsibilty to educate its customers about its business practices and products. Do people who buy from McD know where the food is coming from? I would argue that most people don't, so to me McD is just making money off people's ignorance. It's easy to say "blame people" but It's through films like this one that we have to find out about whats really going on. If people knew, demand wouldn't be so high.

  • @gtrashfilms

So, you expect McDonalds to show commercials of cows being slaughtered for market? PETA would bitch and cry about that on an incredible scale. I know exactly how they make everything.. some of it isn't too appealing.. yet I still eat it from time to time. Chicken nuggets are just chicken breast formed into a certain shape. Burgers are just semi low cuts of beef (the shit they have at the supermarket on sale for dirt cheap) with a few other additives so it doesn't taste like ass.

  • @Testement117 PETA would bitch and cry about that, that's exactly the point. If people were more educated on the subject, they wouldn't buy it. McD knows that, and of course they're not going to show commercials showcasing the animal's poor living conditions, but does that mean they're acting morally? There's a huge disconnection nowadays between people and nature, most people don't know where their food comes from. McD makes its money on that disconnection, which in my opinion is immoral.

  • No, what im trying to say is. PETA doesn't actually do anything but bitch and cry.

Why educate your customers to a truth that would make you lose business? People should become responsible and educate themselves on the subject. It's not a very hard thing to do.

  • @Testement117 I agree 100% that people should educate themselves, since McD is not going to do it. Still, McD would be making money off the people who don't care to become 'educated'. Should 'doing business' come first before acting morally? I know it's far fetched, but you could compare the fast food industry to the weapon or drug industry. Companies knowing their product does more bad than good, but still selling it because there's money to be made.

  • @otamanlvhs the food is physically addictive and cheap, cheaper than vegetables from the grocery store, its a government issue not a personal one.

  • @otamanlvhs dude this isnt going to stop.. i think one day when you get a big mac the box will have a note saying "fast food kills you" like the ciggarete boxes

  • How do you people know if expensive restaurant offers good food?I heard horrible stories from people that work in the restaurants. The problem with McDonalds is that it has a lot of calories,so it's easy to overeat.

  • mcdonalds fucked u guys up

  • The idea underlying Fast Food Nation is intriguing....my friend found this movie streaming at

    EasyMediaClick (dot) com

  • Ew! This is hilariously disgusting! XD It's horrible what they put in food! =__=

  • Didn't know Lionel Messi was in this film!

  • worse movie on earth so boorrrrring

  • did any1 ever see a movie that talks about a guy experimenting with his own body of eating a whole month of mcdoanlds in real life? if anyone did can u tell me the title, i saw it in 9th grade and i didnt finish it.

  • SuperSizeMe Don't know if there are spaces in the title. You can acutally get it online. It's about an hour and a half long.

  • thx mate

  • I saw the whole movie when I was in summer school just before I started my freshman year in high school.

  • i saw it when i was taking a biology class when i was a freshman. didnt quite blow my mind cuz its an obvious fact that fast food=bad food. but seeing some1 dare to eat mcdonald for a whole month is jus amazing, i think i would die if i do the same.

  • it's called Super Size Me, the person doing the experiment is Morgan Spurlock

  • @gundamnduke0 Supersizeme :)

  • thx u guys. but u guys can stop replying now cuz ppl answered it b4 n i found it n wached it. thx anyway

  • Comment removed

  • wow i didnt know shit tasted so good x)

  • There is meat from a thousand cows in one patty....

    blecchh!!

  • please tell me that there really isn't shit in fast food burgers.....

  • @XneonXheartzX ok, there isn't really shit in fast food burgers

  • yes, actually, there is

  • sorry but if they run a production line too fast and the intestines aren't removed correctly then yes there could be shit in the burgers.

  • not just fast food burgers. all meat :]

  • unless it comes from a place like a local organic farm with grass fed cows and such, where they actually care

  • "There's SH*T in the meat".

  • is this like a documentary? or is it a real movie with characters cause I saw at the end wilmer and avril lavigne.

  • It is a real movie with a story and characters, there is even Bruce Willis in a small role. But it is based on true events/facts.

  • very good movie.

  • does anyone have the soundtrack? kinda good tune.

  • before i saw the trailer i assumed it was going to be a documentary like super size me.

  • this looks hecktick

  • Yes there is sexual content, along with cow slaughtering...

  • I really want to see this movie, and also "food. inc" , but i'm afraid that after I've seen it, I don't want to eat anything anymore...

  • I've seen Food, Inc. It's pretty good, and once you find out what good food is, it's not too hard to change around your diet. I'm more afraid of NOT knowing what kinds of things are in our food.

  • I just found out Avril Lavigne plays in this!

  • i think we know we're being lied to. i think we just don't care. at least i know i don't. i'll eat it. this movie didn't change my opinion.

  • Why is this movie rated R for sexual content? Anyone watch it?

  • Special sauce in between buns

  • this movie made me hungry for shitty cheeseburgers :)

  • ugh...you're sick : X

  • There should be a fast-food restuaunt that completley redefines fast food. A restuaunt that serves HEALTHY food quickly instead of junk food that is 15% meat and 85% fillers, preservatives, and junk like that.

  • Wasn't that Subway's take? ;)

  • well not just sandwiches tho have more things like salads and healthy versions of what is in the fast-food market today

  • The problem with this idea is that TRULY healthy food will never be "fast-food." Food that is good for you, really good for you (and the Earth) on all counts, is part of a process. A slow process. If you really want a good meal, you're going to have to slow down and chew all of your bites. The American concept of fast-food and healthy eating will never fully match up.

  • So, two actors in a board room said that a burger their fictional chain had tested had poop in it. Seriously? Maybe this will be a good movie, but it really needs a better trailer.

  • Save your country and stop eating from the corporate place. watch America blossom just by buying from local family restaurants. Also, ask them to buy local produce etc. We can do it!

  • After this movie I couldn't eat for a long time. Anyway it was really good movie about fast food culture in the United States.

The acting was great - Wilmer Valderrama, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Greg Kinnear, Kris Kristofferson, Ashley Johnson, Paul Dano, Patricia Arquette, Bruce Willis (cameo). Even Avril Lavigne was fantastic.

  • this is why i gave up meat

  • Eljagg01 your answer is - as I understand - wanted to be cynical and I can see you disagree with theses methods. my idea is of course an ideal one without counting on the economical pressure!

Still we have to believe in a better world in order to make this world happen. you an I and the many others are making events change.

    We create a huge net.

  • I have seen this film - I am not american citizen -

it is just horrible and I am so glad to be a vegetarian and my two daughters as well.

This big mess and this big business with money at the cost of animals and poor people is disgusting. I have already faced such scenes before because I saw the film EARTHLINGS spoken by Joaquin Phoenix.

Every teenager should see this film at school in order to make the right choice in life for we are all responsible for whats going on on this planet.

  • Why would they show that in schools?

Public schools are responsible for "educating" the next generation of meat and dairy consumers. Their school lunch programs are the biggest customers of those industries.

There are got milk posters in every cafeteria in this country....

  • Now I hear that the government is over seeing what kids eat in schools. As if that is going to be any better.

  • Um. It always has. The school lunch program has been funded by the department of defense since the cold war. Schools are publicly-funded.... O.o

  • Well, i must have my statement off a little bit, but I know I heard something to the effect that there is more gov involvement now somehow.

Also, if you watch Food Inc, the new movie, you can see that the food isn't even cooked anymore. It's all packaged. That definitely wasn't the case when I was in school during the 70's and 80's.

  • I stopped eating at mcdonalds after my friend who worked there, told me he had to clean the pipes where coca cola and fanta go through. Yea, it was pretty gross hearing it. And if they let those pipes get like that, then I don't want to know about the food. No more fast food for me!

  • Can you elaborate on that? I think hearing it in detail would help persuade others to not support the fast food industry.

  • Let's say.. You have a glass of coke in your home. You take a glass and then you cba to do the dishes later. That remaining drops of the coke will stick to the bottom of the glass. Now imagine a pipe where all those fanta and sprite go through. Imagine how some of it get "dry" in there and stick inside the pipe. Imagine it doesn't get cleaned in a while. Imagine how it will look in one month. (He cleaned them every month). It was sticky and gross he said. I'm not eating at mcdonalds :(

  • dis video makes me wanna puke

i didnt no fast food is so ew

well i kinda new that but once u start eating u really cant stop its just soo addicting

I was wondering if the chinese fast food places r like dis 2 with all of that disgustiong stuff like mcdonalds????

and i keep tellin my mom that subway isnt fats food they make a sandwich right in front of u but am i wrong or right??

wow if i new stuff like dis i wouldnt mind being a vegetarian
