Sup steveangeles, if you wish to get better in basketball, you have to start sticking with a proper workout system. I used the famous training program over at (50 inch vertical [dot] com). I didn t even tell this to my college teammates yet hehe

steveangeles I m just a 5'6 white guy and I can easily dunk on 11 foot rims. Anybody can do it, just use the right training program. I personally used the one at 50 inch vertical (dot) com but just about any training plan is fine if they work that is... lol
