i did a much bigger one but the best place to get the cars they keep respwning like every 10 sec. u got to shagen in stripeys cafe and go to central point next to wangs tower but u have to deafeat the boss there first then go all the way far and empty the streets then go back there will be a car and a semi that keep respawning every time u get the cars out and thats how to make a huge explosin.

upgrade ur strength then just grab a bunch of cars put em in a pile and put a grenade in the middle

They aren't grenades. I forgot what they are called but you can detonate them. You get them at any supply point.
