it's from pc and xbox360 and ps3. They mixed it, some parts say it runs on 360 and other ps3, and the most beautfiull ones say nothing: so they run on pc :P

A whole lot for developers, consumers will just notice better graphics/cooler features.

Namely the editor gets a huge redesign which will help alot, as well as the switch from a traditional lighting method to deferred lighting.
