A few early syndicated broadcasts from 1969 may have carried this logo at the end on season 1 and part of the 2nd season, but after January 1968 it went for the later 1968 version of the logo.

That used to scare the living Jaheebies out of me.

I remember back in the early eighties watching old Brady Bunch reruns and that used to come up. My brother and I used to race to the TV and lower the volume knob so we wouldn't hear it. Although, later themes weren't that bad. This one used to get me and everyone else I know all the time though.

Someone has to have the episode of the 1969 Brady Bunch that ran in syndication in the 70s that had the ending that they didn't scrape off the "An ABC Production" (and white ABC ball) off it, and the "tweet" part was replaced with extra "DUUUNNN" as the ABC logo showed.

I think the creepy part is where the music goes "da-da-da-DAAAAAAAAAHHHH" - the "DAAAAAAAAAHHHH" part could induce nightmares where the "Closet Killer" attacks by leaping off the screen and digging at the victim and the victim screams "MY GOD, WHAT DID I DO WRONG? AAAAAGGHHH!"
