  • Yes New Millenium Homes . Nice Part, to bad ratm coverd this part

  • fuckin sick tune never heard this one just fuckin amazing thats for the motherfuckin vid dude soooo sic

  • The bass part at 5:40 eventually became the bass part/main riff for "New Millenium Homes" from "The Battle of Los Angeles."

  • It has probably been said over and over again, but it's not Tool & RATM, only MJK & RATM. Not a huge difference, but still.

  • is this a legit calob between both bands?

  • I dont understand why they didnt like it. I think its an amazing song, i just wish i could find the full length version

  • Love this. Thanks man

  • the begining sounds like the friday the 13th teme :-)

  • Is there more of this out there somewhere?

  • thanks

  • Oh Yeah Tool! This band is best band of all time in their category of music! All her Stuff istranscendency , psychedelic, and it's truth looking pensive The Sound RockS

  • These two bands are still very close today (it was Zack who was mentioned in the beginning of Cold and Ugly, believe it or not) and RATM also has connections to System of a Down.

But mainly RATM, Tool, and SOAD.... Heh... The 3 biggest underground metal bands today and they're all related!

It sends shivers down your spine when you stop to think about it.

  • @TourettesSomething SOAD isnt underground

  • @MrTownraPist I can't believe I called SOAD underground...

  • I hate not being able to download songs off of Itunes.

  • theres a full version here with an ending using the bassline from "New Millenium Homes".

  • anybody got a download link for this? the one in the description doesn't work.

  • @C0mBineD you can get it off lime wire

  • @mmightyowen You can also get it through Catchyoutube.

  • @C0mBineD try frostwire or limewire i found it instantly.

  • So old. I remember finding this on Kazaa back in teh day. Back in teh day meaning 10 years ago.

  • good shit!

  • one of first crosser albums recognize \

  • it's all good

  • This song was supposed to be in the movie??!?!? I didn't know that but i guess that putting RATM as part of the soundtrack would have been the shit.

  • oh, i'm sorry your highness, did i make a mistake in spelling? thank god you were here to point this treasonous act out.

  • Rage and Tool made it for the soundtrack of a film called Judgement Nights, but they didn't like it so didn't send it in. They never bothered releasing it, so a good recording was never made and its never been given a title.

  • *Judgement Night

  • It's called 'Can't Kill The Revolution', as far as I know.

  • Some people are posting this song as revoloution and simaler titles.

  • god maynard and zach sound so fucking good together. anyone know what the instrumentation is on this? Definitely a Tom Morrello rift.

  • sounds like chancellor on bass, or might be D'armour not sure, and background percussion sounds very Danny Carey, though guitar sound like Tom Morello, so don't really know

  • @GIGeorge23 its not D'amour its Commerford and Carey it think might me just commerford.

  • Anyone else hear the resembalance to "Thinking of You" from Maynard's other band - A Perfect Circle? (After about 1:10 in)

  • i sure wish they recorded this song in a studio. sick.

  • Why does it break into New Millenium Homes at the end?

  • same beat, but it would've been killer if it kept going with new millenium holmes.

  • This song predated New Millenium Homes by 6 years. Rage used it since this song never got released or played live. Happens a lot with lots of bands and their discarded songs.

  • wen was this recorded?

  • 1993

  • Its originally called Can't kill the revolution.

  • thanks

  • I agree, but at the time i posted this, I wasn't sure.

  • @matsawsammy3 just "Revolution"

  • i DO NOT trust that link, can somone please give me some confirmation that it a harmless LINK?

  • olivamunn lover dude person

    it's totally legit

just a few popups but the direct download IS and mp3

get AVG so you're not afraid

  • does the link work anybody i dont really trust it

  • Uhm... if you dont trust it, dont get it.

    :D

turns out the song isnt as rare as i originally thought

  • after a little while i found it on myspace so i got it off there

  • Lol yeah, it also goes by the name, Can't Kill The Revolution... still a good post!

  • dude, where did you find it???

  • Scouring the internet, I liberated it from a pack of songs featuring Maynard James Keenan, i forgot where but you can get the song in the link in the description. (if it's still alive, too lazy to check.)

  • we should have another huge concert (woodstock status) and get Tool and Rage to play this as loud as possible (prefferably outside of the white house)

  • @threeye8finger YES! I LIVE NEAR DC :) THEY SHOULD DO IT!

  • That's not 'Judgement Night'.

  • Yes It Is

  • It's 'You Can't Kill The Revolution', and they didn't put it on the "Judgment Night" soundtrack. The track 'Judgment Night' that was on there was by BIOHAZARD & ONYX.

  • It was to be on the Judgment Night soundtrack but never made it appearently.

  • dillinjaesc has a point, but Two completely different worlds can make some bad ass stuff when put together!

  • Is this judgement night or revolution??

  • its revolution! anyway is a good track. havent heard it for a long time.

  • This does not suck.

  • Holy shit! This is awesome! I just saw this song up for download and thought it was too good to be true, so I had to make sure it was a real song, and it is! Bad ass dude!

  • has been and gone plenty of times. personally I don't think much of this....tool and rage were two world apart with their music...

  • Were? ...or are? o.O
