  • Bro, that was pretty damn good slappin'. What amp were u running it through?

  • Is this bolt-on?

  • new strings, i guess.

  • Yeah Yeah

    You got the feeling

  • Dude!! You play bass too?! NICE!

  • @ddrums001 I little bite

  • teach us pls :)

  • TEACH US!

  • so boring groove :/

  • @timoonn U right!!!! like Alain Caron's groove;)

  • WOW you master it

  • hey, i have a Warwick thumb B.O. 5 string How can i tell if it's a broad neck? I'm not sure what type of bass it is.

  • @thumbbass65

...is the neck broad? if so, then it is a broadneck.

  • A BN has 20 mm spacing, a non-BN has 16,5 mm

  • Really nice man, good style on a tricky looking instrument. What makes you opt for wide spacing?

  • holy shit.....

butter right hand technique. man, those warwicks have a killer slap tone. is your eq just flat with cut mids in this video?

  • Si seulement tu pouvais le jouer doucement qu on puisse relever le doigté...

    mdr

  • How much do those things weigh? I heard they are pretty heavy. What about neck dive?

  • Most warwicks have 19mm spacing,the broadneck is 20mm spacing,non broad neck on 5 & 6 string ir 16.5mm.

  • Hey Will, fantastic playing, and fantastic sounding bass, do you have the exact specs for it?. Bolt-On, neck through, fingerboard, number of frets etc. Thanks!

  • Does that say 22mm string spacing?

Are you sure? Most warwicks (i thought) are 19mm

  • It's a custom Broad neck option!

    Most Warwick are 18mms !!!!!!!

  • Thumb... bass! Great, im inspired.

  • I have the four string version. Great bass.

  • It looks so easy! :\

  • this sound can't show the style ot this bass,

the w 6-sting thumb is good at middle, warm sound, but not the sound like steel.

if you ajust a little more, it will be better!

  • i dont know bout you but maybe he likes it that way( i sure do)

  • ya..its just diff perceptions...

to me warm means fender jazz...i own a thumb 5BO...and its simply raw!!!...lots of mids n highs...n definitely growly lows...!

    :)

  • i wonder if me and him are related cause my last name is KARLING idk if he is irish or not but instead of bass i play guitar

  • Truly the best take on Alain's superior slap style that I have seen yet. Your clean chops and phrasing are fantastic! Please post more!

  • nice tone you got there!

  • thanks!
