I was in high school when this was originally broadcast. I stayed up late to watch, mostly because Golden Earring was listed to play Radar Love on the show. I was blown away by ACDC... this very video clip was my introduction to them.

I talked about ACDC for weeks afterward, drove most of my friends crazy.

i like the bon era more because it was way more consistent: every album was great. with brian it was kind of hit or miss.

yes thats a very good way of putting it. Before bon died, everythign was great. But woth brian, nt so much. Dont get me wrong, for those about to rock, back in black, thunderstruck, shook me, etc. were all great, just, they had some pretty...NOT GOOD ONES....lol but they are the best ever.....GO AC/DC
