Good stuff. Nice scenery. But you forgot to put a disclaimer: Don't try this at home or on vacation. I would hate to do some of the crazy move while on vacation and then sprang the wrist or fall on the head etc. But really good exercises if you know how to do it well. So much better than going to the gym if you have wonderful weather and beach. Your beginner video of handstand look more doable.

i have a question whats the best pull up bar to buy i bought the "perfect Pull UP" and that is crap i just went to my friends house he just had some random pull up bar it was just like a pole no his backyard up high next to two long piece of wood and i did like x2 more pull ups. i can do 15 and with that i went to 25.
