Only God and your laundryman know how close you were to high-siding. Nice recovery; 99% of the time the bike will do the right thing if we just get out of the way and let it work. Sounds like you snapped the throttle shut, (I've done the same thing. Apparently my right wrist doesn't agree with my head on how to keep the bike rubber side down). Not sure if that was rough pavement of built up rubber but judging from when the slide started I'm guessing rough pavement.

F** me mate, know the circuit well, Clearway's can make ANY!!! bike even a six high side if you get to keen on the throttle. Sub minute lap even with the potential high side is great. Well caught. Just out of interest what ya do in the indy circuit in without a feck up and ham fisted approach into druids? Bet its pretty quick?
