  • Loved This One . Disturbing But Heart Rendering To..

  • Somebody, call John Connor!

  • made me shit my pants

  • It's good to see classic animatronics used, instead of bullshit cgi.

  • lmao XD he fucked him up real bad! :D

  • greedy gook got what he deserved

  • loool this was so bad omg

  • Great episode, I generally enjoyed the entire series. Thanks for sharing.

  • hehehe, owned. btw the asian guy plays perfectly the stereotypical amoral asian corporate. lol ^^

  • frankenstein: he got an abby-normal neural net

  • 2:13 Guilty whistle

  • This episode scared the shit out of me...

  • Man, this episode bothered the Hell outta me, especially when admits what he did.

  • stupid robot, go to the scrapyard

  • it was awesome,

  • The thing is, everyone is acting like there are two sides; either Simon was an inhuman monster, or Simon was the father's son. He wasn't either. Simon was a new form of life being forced to pretend to be a selfish and desperate man's son. That's the horror here, not Simon. But now (spoilersss), the terrible scientist is dead, all that remains is a loving robot dad, who just thinks he used to be a scientist. In some ways, this is a happy ending, really.

  • Hey, isn't that Cyrus Xander from Caprica?

  • fucking movie made me shit bricks when i was 7. i would have taken a pair of Scizzors and cut that robot's throat.

    Fuck simon

  • OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! first i thought "well he shot himself - big fucking deal -.- what an ending..." and THAN i saw this creepy robot thing ;_; holy shit Q_Q

  • I would never ever have guessed that ending. Brilliant to the max. And yes, it scared me to hell as well. That boy was defenately scary. CREEPY TOO.

  • This is where Justin Bieber came from.

  • @celshader There was also a female version of the robot that would later grow up to be Lady Gaga.

  • Wow Creepy as hell, that thing was really Simon..

If you guys like this episode you should read The Eternal Enemy by Christopher Pike..

  • big baby

  • HOLY FUCKING SHIT

  • Transferring your mind into an invincible immortal body.......hmmm

  • if i were her, i wouldn't be back there taking care of that robot after the stupid thing attacked me! =P

  • I would smash them both into little pieces and take them into a scrapyard ! creeeeeeppppppyyyyyyyy bizzzaaarrrreeee

  • This was very well done and believable up until when the boss tried to kidnap Simon. There was no reason for him to do something that provocative and piss off Gideon, who was obviously a robotics genius and worth millions to the company.

  • The robot boy is totally believable to me.

  • If they were more anthropomorphic, I am sure we would all root for the robots. But of course that would have been a bit dull

  • so what happened to the cat?

  • OMG

  • I think the point of the story was not so much making a sentient robot as being evil.

The evil thing was trapping a childs mind in an unfinished body. Basically having a mind of a child and put it in a prison. Never mind that doing that to a young child would be horribly unethical.

I think the point was that the father was the monster because of his obsession. Not the robotic child. Although the kid was spoiled by the father on top of it.

  • Thus begins the Gideon corporation? Builders of the Gideon dad-replacement robots seen elsewhere in the series?

  • Damn, this episode was sad and disturbing. Very well done, though.

  • @racookster Then you should watch family values. Its a continuation of this episode...... in some perspective anyways.

  • What a shocker of a good story. I never knew if I could trust the robot kid all through the movie. Then, when he explains his guilt which accounted for his bizaare behavior, I saw what a brilliant piece this really was. I cant even imagine what this thing (the kid) would be like with legs. Man, when I saw him on the merry go round, it was pretty freaky stuff. You turn out the lights and its a heart attack. The guy killing himself in the end just throws this right into the Outer Limits. Thank you

  • I'd have to call this at least a partly happy ending.

Daddy and Junior stayed together; and a

bully got killed. What's not to like?

  • um, the guy stole thousands of dollars worth of technology from the ''bully'' in order to build a cat-killing synthetic drone

  • Greedy asians.

Why cant they just leave us alone :(

  • I love the outer limits.

  • @Azartusfar

    no, you dont

  • your right, doctor who's better.

  • that's true when we endevor to fill a void sometimes the void can cosume us... my bf passed away after we were a couple for 2 yrs and now every single guy i like has to have some of his qualities... i gave up on dating because it got soo bad i kept on calling my dates by my ex's name...

  • did you see what he did there? now there are two dead bodies and one person. whose going to take the blame for the deaths, his niece, thats what he was talking about the promise

  • And what's Daddy going to do - testify in court?

Would the testimony of a dead man be admissible? (Legally speaking...)

He'll be lucky if he isn't quietly dismantled by curious geeks (not to mention his "boy.")

Also, Daddy's prints are all over the poker

and the gun - his niece touched neither.

Looks like an open-and-shut case to me...

  • wtf

  • Gideon was a psycho all along, and his kid inherited it. Hopefully they will both be taken to a laboratory and dissected to see what went wrong.

  • I Lie How The Woman Was Giving Japanese Guy Mouth To Mouth When His Brains Were On The Wall, Yeah That'll Work!!

  • @merlinho5

    that was funny as hell

  • love the closing narration. Kinda like Nitzche, "when we stare into the abyss, the abyss stares into you" or something like that.

  • No one who hasn't lost a child could ever understand what sort of grief it is to the parents.

You would do ANYTHING to change it if you could. Some people become obsessed with the idea.

The key is to let go and remember the good things. Don't let love twist into something different.

  • Cool ending love the whole human to robot download....wish it was really possible.

  • what a load of rubbish

  • Damn spoiled american kids. He killed his mother because he wanted to go to toy store.

  • soooo, what the hell is the mom going to do? i wouldnt want my kid to be a robot...robot divorce court?

  • this will happen if your messed in the head building robots getting your sons memory and put it in side the robot, killing a japanese guy than killing your self and turning your self into a robot. OK. Like robots should not be existed. Because this will happen

  • i wonder of u can molest a robot child??

  • i wonder if you would

  • nah im more of a corpse kind of guy!

  • puh...thank god

  • SCAN COMPLETE

    TRANSFER COMPLETE

  • Goddamn. This was one episode. All I think I would need is a shotgun.

  • uhm.. I am totally freaked out that people would actually consider having a robot that has the personality of whatever as a child.. if i had a kid and he or she died then i would just move on .. death is a part of life.. i think the guy should've just let go and move on ..

  • notice the ones who r saying its ok to have robots who are child earlier like this are women mostly. typical female crazyness.

That robot was a child but not human. sorry.

  • C3P0's got a lot to answer for.

  • The science behind this technology is impressive, but the subject, the boy, is wrong for this experiment.

  • Creepy ass people. Perhaps these shows are not too far off on how many of you really are. If you turned your children into robots, and that really was possible. Id go in there with my metal soft ball bat, and fuck them up right in front of you. I cant believe any of you would even think about turning your loved ones into those things. Besides, they probably werent even truly those people. But machines behaving like them, with no true feelings or a soul.

  • hahaha... I would take my baseball bat to them as well ! I am kind of surprised on the thumbs down with this comment when it makes more sense than anything else on here.

  • And that's how Cyberdyne started :)

  • lol

  • lol i wonder when arnold came into that picture

  • that ending scared me heck the entire episode scared me

  • Pussy

  • @mastercheif1200 u are not alone pal!

  • i know, i was thinking the same thing and i thought he was on to him in the begginging

  • i never saw that ending coming. how are they gonna hide the body? and poor zoe.

  • They won't. For everyone, it will be a murder-suicide, where Gideon killed the other guy then shot himself, so nobody can be prosecuted.

  • Well um...

Can a robot be prosecuted for murder? I guess that's why Gideon did what he did.

  • That's really sad. Very dark episode.

  • i don't think it's sad... i think it's really sweet. He loved his son that much, he wanted to be with him forever. he didn't wanna break a promise to his son. I feel a little sad for zoe but that's about it. I'm happy for them b/c now they can be together forever. I kept wondering what would happen as the dad ages and the robot doesn't.

  • I have a 10 year old son and If this were possible and my son had to be a robot I would do the same thing. I could not bare to think of me being without my child. I would sacrifice all to keep him with me.

  • This is an example of why knowledge should not be in the wrong hands.

  • what a creepy episode

  • that guys comment on respect for robots is proving true. i would never treat a child badly on purpose, but i really feel like hitting that robot kid calling him a lottle sissy girl and telling him to grow a pair

  • They didn't energize Mr. Nikita in time.

  • just goes to show, you can`t trust a slitty eye

  • moral of the story - robot kids are emo sociopaths

  • This was the creepiest thing I've ever seen. Particularly the beginning with the cat. Ahhh....

  • Moral of the story: Don't baby your kids. Or else...

  • That is really true.

  • aww he cute:)

  • poor simon. He needs candy.

  • PANTS CANDY

  • Why is everyone so hard on on Simon? I think it's pretty cool.

By the way, Mr. Nikita is also in the episode "Relativity Theory". He's the pilot of the ship.

  • Mr. Nikita had a soft head.

  • You're right... he was dead with one whack.

    Whatta pussy.

  • Creepy.

  • This episode made me very sad.

  • OMG! I would be running for my life.

  • Don't fear the robots when they act crazy like this just drown them in a tub or something. "SO I PULLED ON THE STEERING-WHEEL"! LOL

  • or better yet, just download vista onto their hard drive.

  • o dear

  • jsaonnn?

you the man! :) keep them comingg plss

    :))

  • i rember this being one of the more twisted eps i saw on tv

  • id put that stupid robots head in a vice --- slowly and gideon asshole

  • Very good.
