  • You cant remove the grills?

  • @crookhunter Certain ones don't have removable grill plates. Pretty annoying!

  • on a different note: i just bought this grill @ target for $25. This fucker sucks 1400 Watts of juice (according to spec).... no too green and eco friendly i say.......

  • They're cheap enough! When it gets to bad, i through it away and buy a new one!

  • but i dont get it because even tho it looks clean its still dirty as fuck? that could be dangerous no?

  • @AaaaaCeeeeE No, it's not dirty. When you clean it while it's hot you take away the bulk of the grime that would cause mold to build up. Anything (bacteria) that may have accumulated while you weren't using it will be burned off and killed as soon as you heat it back up to be used again, and nothing will be cooked into your food so long as you remove all the gunk when it's hot. :) Same thing is true for dutch ovens and cast iron pans.

  • Do I have to play 50 cent wanksta to get the grill nice and clean tho?

  • @kyu012 LOL

  • Um Honey thats not CLEANING it, they need to start making it where you can LIFT THE PLATES OFF!!! because i can't take the idea of grilling Chicken breast, or steak and NOT be able to wash that stuff off with hot water and dish detergent, and i'm not trying to wipe that BURNING hot grill off with a towle and end up burning my self, theres GOT to be a better way, cause MEAT STICKS you can't just wipe that stuff off, and most important it's not SANATIZING it anyway

  • Does nobody clean this with soap and water

  • @undertoes Its a non stick surface... If you wash it with soap it destroys the surface over time and food will stick to it even worse...

  • @undertoes I use soap and water and a sponge after i get all the big stuff off. Then rinse. Long process, but it's clean when I'm done.

  • Just like new besides the 100,000 germs that you cant see.

  • best part of the video is when his 50 cent ringtone goes off lmao

  • 50 cent hu

  • Here's a trick....

Place a couple of wet paper towels inside the hot (but unplugged) grill. This will steam clean the grill, and most of the gunk will end up on the paper towels.

  • @cyrix01 they came of fire,, thanks....

  • @cyrix01 if you are a female i will kiss your hands! if you are a man i will shake it :)

i almost throw away my foreman grill:( but thanks to you, you saved me and my grill too!!!

fun part i always let my dishes soak under water before wash them, and its work very well, but never ever thinking use that steam system :)

anyway i upgraded your idea: i use my sprinkle bottle for all over the grill and make a really good steam effect on your cleaning method, try it :

    thank again!

  • @trustablerolin You're welcome! I don't use the "wet paper towel trick" anymore. Now I line my grill and drip tray with foil. When done cooking, I just lift the whole mess up and dump it. No more greasy-handed gunk wiping, and my grill always looks brand new.

I use either Reynold's Non-Stick Foil, or regular foil sprayed with PAM (or similar).

  • Thanks for the video. To the other posters, why waste your money on a sponge with one more thing to clutter up the ktchen? If you use the sponge, you will have to clean the sponge afterwards anyway.

  • ok why isnt he using the special sponge???????!

  • mine didnt come with a sponge. i guess you have to buy it separate.

  • Thanks for the video! I love my grill, but just got really angry when i made a huge mess cleaning it!

  • scary!

try the official grill cleaning sponges, they work very well
