that's mostly true, but those 'non-minorities' aren't helping out the situation. Example, here where I live, outside of Atlanta, the residents are scared to go downtown after dark. Why? Because they're afraid they'll get mugged/ killed/ whatever, which is why a lot of businesses and clubs are moving out of downtown, leaving ppl struggling. Truth is, downtown Atl isn't as bad a these suburb folk make it out to be, and it's sad that their false perception is kinda making things worse...

I remember black riots and staying home from school for days and days. I remember the burning of buildings, the drug lords from Cuba, and all the other crime that came into Miami at this period.
The biggest criminals in Miami are the Cubans that steal from welfare and think that they have built our city.
