my first impression is that any exercise that involves balancing the weight of the body on the neck should not be approached with a disregard for the muscles and greater physiology of the neck and spine. my second impression is that this form of movement should be referred to as a type of "dance" rather than "yoga". my third impression is that the video contains no instructions for finding one's "energetic center" and only instructions for mimicking the movements you make.
