  • what program do you use to upload video at the same time you are filming (just in case the goon squad tries to grab your camera)?

  • nice fat ass yum yum

  • "Police refused to respond to questions about why they were arresting this apparently peaceful man"

Actually police have no oblgiation to tell random bystanders why they are arresting someone.

In fact for privacy reason they aren't allowed to discuss the case to random bystanders.

  • The reason for this is that lets say he was being arrested for drugs --

now if you are stupid enough to got to the media and claim "( insert name here) is guilty of drug dealing" and the charges are dropped later on.. you are going to get sued for defamation.

  • The is correct -- police for privacy reasons have no obligation to explain to anyone why they arrested a motorist--

If you geniuniely wanted to know you should have asked the guy that was arrested.

  • OMG, if that was me I would still be trying to get their night stick outa my ass!!!!

  • the worst thing to give a gay guy...a camera

  • nice gotees homos

  • @imdudits1 learn how to spell moron

  • Sounds like the moron with the camera was trying to goad an incident. It was none of his business what the guy was arrested for. How is it the cops fault the moron doesnt get the paper? here will always be people like this that try to instigate a confrontation so they can cry "Victim" later. What a little punk.

  • They don't have to tell you. It's none of your business.

  • YT is full of films that clearly show cop abuse. THIS is not one of them. The cops did not have to reveal anything to you at that moment. There are ways for you to find out legally, so stop acting the fool.

  • The police are not obligated to tell random passersby why they are arresting someone. Idiot.

  • Hey numbnuts are you his family ? They cant tell you until he is booked so fuck off go away get a real job and stop trying to be a paparazzi scumbag .I wouldnt want them telling you either .

  • Cameraman is a dick. I mean really. Find something better to do with you're time.

  • The 6th amendment gives the accused the right to know why they were arrested not some bystander with a camera, and no the cop did not have to tell you why he was arrested. You do have the right to be informed; that's what the media/press is for

  • @613maccabee Thank you. I didnt have to explain it cause you said it best

  • excuse me officer can you please tell me what he's being arrested for. umm yeah sure he's being arrested for shut the fuck up and also mind your own god damn business. ok and do you mind if i put that on my website thats not even popular or that anybody knows about. go ahead.

  • nothing stopping you making a complaint that the officers was rude

  • You ought to be happy your not in cuffs for obstruction. It's not public information moron!

  • @navdep42 um i dont know where your from but it is PUBLIC information

  • @The17tech Yes, from the public information officer or a news release or the freedom of information act. Not from an officer on the street that would improper and in violation of at least dept. policy at most departments.

  • Shove your camera up your ass, it is none of your fucking business. Police are not required to tell you shit so go FUCK YOURSELF!!!!

  • @commonsenseisgone1 WOW, clam down, you'll be back on duty beating defenseless people very soon now. Withdrawal sux don't it you NAZI PIG!

  • They may not have to answer to the pubic but there bosses do. So if you think that a police office is doing something wrong file a report against them trust me they will start being a little nicer. Why you my think that the report will not go far trust me it does. It cause a problem ever time they get a raise or promotion. Also it stays in their file forever.

  • The police is the US biggest crime organization they now control most of the drug dealerships my step granddaughter is a drug user she sells drugs to support her habit I asked her where did she get her drugs to sale she did not tell me who but she said she bought them from a local city policeman he is the distributor the police puts other drug distributors in jail all only if they are the competition police now controls most prostitution drug dealerships and gun transfers in America

  • You don't walk up to an arrest being made and demand to be told what it's for, this asshole needs to stop sticking his nose where it doesn't belong.

  • @TheJomogogo where does his nose belong ?

  • @tarotimes

It belongs the fuck out of an arrest being made, if the queer wants info he can get it the next day, interfering with a police situation is an asshole move and grounds for arrest in and of itself. Let the cops do their job and cry about it later if you think they did something wrong, you don't know WTF is going and and it's none of your fucking business anyway.

  • @TheJomogogo Sorry cop lover...did i make you mad ? what is a cops Job by the way ?

  • @tarotimes

    "wHAT IS A COP'S JOB?".

    keeping punks like you safe

  • Arrests are not public information. Incident reports (not arrest reports) are public documents but officers are not required to tell you on scene what the situation is. If anybody wonders why police are always in a bad mood it's because of jackasses like you.

  • @citycopDC I couldn't have said it any better.

  • The police don't have to explain themselves to you as to why they're arresting someone. It's none of your business

  • @edjthompson your right...it's corporate business...and illegal !

  • @tarotimes It's got nothing to do with 'corporate business' it's just none of your business. The police don't have to justify themselves to anyone other than their bosses and judges. That's it. They do not have to answer to the public.

  • @edjthompson Prove it's none of my business...try to make a legal statement that it's nobodys Business .

  • @tarotimes I appreciate that this is not written in crayon, however if you need help in understanding then please ask an adult to help you. This incident does not directly involve you, i.e. you are not the person being arrested, therefore the police don't have to tell you anything.

  • @edjthompson I agree with that, they still need to be watched though..all the time...LOL

  • @tarotimes By the authorities, yes. Not by the public

  • @edjthompson they need to be watched by everybody..make sure they're not breaking the law..just as the Police watch people, People are going to watch them. I here some rent a cops make more then the Corporate Cops, that must Piss you of some what...having to moon light as a security Guard at Walmart ....but the Judges are making 10x the money you are ...LOL

  • @tarotimes I'm bored by your drivel

  • Judging from some of these comments. The ignorant are proud of their ignorance. But of course when injustice falls on them, you'll hear them squeal for help.

  • #1. the freedom of information act. Read it. Then go to the station and inquire. Officers do not have to explain to strangers of the arrestee what the charge is when conducting an arrest. You can read about it in the newspaper or file a legal written request.

  • I DO NOT HAVE TO RESPECT A PIECE OF SHIT, MOST POLICEMEN ARE A PIECE OF SHIT.. MY WIFE AND I WAS TAKEN FROM OUR MOTOR HOME IN JOLIET, ILLINOIS KNOCK US TO THE GROUND AND BEATEN BY 4 POLICEMEN ABOUT 15 OTHER PLOICEMEN STOOD AROUND AND DID NOT HELP US. AT ALL. BLEEDING ALL OVER WE ARE 66 & 67 Y.O.It's obvious that the police are the common enemy of the people POLICE ARE ARMED AND RETARDED THEY WILL HURT YOU ONLY THING ON MY RECORD IS A SPEEDING TICKET IN 1992, THEY ONLY PROTECT THE RICH POWERFUL

  • I believe that citizens have the right to both audio and video tape the cops. BUT can not interfere with the cop doing his job. Harass the cop get in his way, stick the camera in the cops face. I have been asking politician every time I see one or want to be politician if they will write a law to that effect.

  • OMG He is being Arrested. You officers are EVIL.. How dare you arrest him!!! Now I demand answers. I have a camera so I have a right to know!!!....Seriously Shut up!! They don't have to tell you jack crap.. Why is it people think that just because they haul a camera around they are entitled to know everything. 1st Amendment and Public Information act does not mean you can interfere with the duties of an officer. If this is unjustified take action the civilized way! Dam!

  • @yourajoke5000 so i guess you support POLICE SECRECY the suspect didn't no why he was being arrested.reminds me of those guys in Germany you remember the ones with the SS on there shirts and that little guy with the funny little thing above his lip.

  • @maverick10241 So because I suggested that one take action in a civilized manner, that some how means I support "POLICE SECRECY" what ever that is...Lets put it this way,, can you imagine how unsafe a police officers job would be if everyone came up to a police stop or crime scene and said" Officer can you explain whats going on here"..Come one your note seriously saying that this is ok...To jeopardize the police and possibly public safety by creating an unnecessary distraction

  • @yourajoke5000 they no the job is dangerous when they sign on and the secrecy is the BLUE LINE of no talk or tell own another cop.no i am not saying that someone should interfere with a cops investigation but the suspect should be told what he is going to jail for.another reason is a guy in tn was arrested his wife ask why, the cop said don't worry about it I WILL THINK OF SOMETHING..you think that is right in what the cop said?

  • lol only the man being arrested has the right to know why. At least until it becomes public record

  • oh no are you going to get that cop fired? try harder - get a life u ambulance chaser

  • This idiot is sooo wrong! He is interfering with the duties of a police officer, which are grounds for getting arrested! Why they are making an arrest is none of the cameraman's business! That's called sticking your nose where it doesn't belong. Sooner or later he will wind up being arrested. These are the kinds of people (assholes) that give good cameramen a bad name. He needs to be bitch slapped!

  • You dumb asses are so unproffesional. Your the reason people don't take civil rights violations serious.

  • doesnt have to tell you y that guy is being arrested dumb ass

  • They don't have to answer any questions to other people not related to the arrest.

The person is going to be arrested no one is going to be able to change anything about it. Let them do there jobs and stop making there jobs harder. If they were wrong take appropriate legal action! If I was a cop I would be annoyed by someone asking me..:Whats he being arrested for?" "Whats he being arrested for?"

  • @mustange550 It's called "INTERFERING WITH THE DUTIES OF A POLICE OFFICER". You can get arrested for that.

  • @buddybleau Thus my point.

  • They don't have to explain to you why he's being arrested...it's none of your fucking business you vigilante punkass bitch.

  • @TheNikkonish FUCK YOU MOTHERFUCKER YOU GOD DAMN PIG LOVER

  • @hitman420247 brilliant response.

  • @TheNikkonish yeah i try

  • The police are not obliged to answer your questions regarding the arrest. You're behaving as if the police picked someone at random and arrested them for kicks. "Freestaters should be called "Freeloaders".

  • @autoad I am sure it's a violation of policy for an officer to tell people who have no right to know when they arrest someone. Were these guys his brother, dad, live in bf, someone who bonding him out or picking up the car? No.... Then read the newspaper. I feel it would be a violation of my rights to tell strangers about what I am being arrested for when its none of their bussiness.

  • It's obvious to me that the police are the common enemy of the people, we all should demand that the police protect the constitution of the United States. if they violate our rights they should go to prison. The constitution is more important than the rich people that they protect, they do not protect the average citizen. The only thing that police give the average citizen is a traffic ticket, that is a backdoor tax. For the powerful people to control the people with.

  • in no part does freedom of information cover giving public information on reasons for arrest. the man has not been convicted of anything as of that point so all allegations are subject to discrimination and prudent to the privacy act of 1879 where it states "no untoward information or speculation shall be given upon apprehension unless further investigation is warranted" I'm glad you guys are vigilant but they don't have to tell you squat

  • WOW! for all you know that person could have been a danger to others, meaning you.And if the police hadnt arrested him when he hurt someone peopl like cry about why he wasnt arrested.Back off let the police do their jobs

  • Good job to the officers, they don't have to tell random people why they are arresting someone.

  • You guys need to get a job and actually contribute to society. The officers do not have to tell you why they just arrested someone.

  • If you aren't the one being arrested, you don't have the right to know why someone else is in custody. Plain and simple. The cops have no legal responsibility to inform anyone other than the person under arrest as to the nature of the arrest.

If you want to find out why he was arrested, you can do so via the public records of the court system where he will eventually be tried.

  • he doesn't answer to you.

how do you know the person being arrested wanted you to know why?

  • He doesnt need to tell you you hippie ass bitch. FreeKeene is a joke for guys who cant get jobs. Stop smoking weed and chasing cops and get a job

  • Why don't you go a film a drug dealer selling coke to children and use that evidence in court for a conviction. Oh thats right, they'll beat your ass to a pulp. Chicken sh*t. They are far worse things in the world but you choose to "document" meaningless crap like this... get a job loser. They don't have to tell you a goddamn thing.. Mind your own business.

  • why don't you get a job loser

  • They do not have to tell you as the camera person why someone is arrested.

  • he's white and driving a non american car he broke the white mans law sadd

  • Ineteresting your allowed that close to a vehicle that is being searched incident to an arrest. Thats a officer safety issue and if you refuse it's obstructing. Officer's should not have to worry about you hitting them when they are bent over searching or you trying to destroy evidence. You can record but getting close is stupid. You should be advised to stay back not getting into their faces. Freedom of information can be obtained at the station not be telling people on the street.

  • Ha ha ha. Feedom of information can be obtained at the station? You pigs cover up for one another so bad that statement is a freakin joke. If the cop is in the wrong you wil lie, lie, lie. Sure, when its a "bad" guy we are supposed to all kiss your ass. When its a cop you guys will cover up.

  • If you don't like the law maybe you should run for Congress. Stop talking trash like a internet warrior and grow up. Talk to like a jerk and you will get treated the same.

  • Oooh, Officer Big Shot, you are so scary. Is that what you want to hear? That you scare everybody? Ooooh, I would never talk back to you because you are so big and bad. What a tough guy you are.

  • you should get a job, your a loser and the arrest had nothing to do with you. get stuffed you idiot

  • Get a job, then you can afford to buy a newspaper loser.

  • So this guy was arrested for open carrying or what?

  • LOL, idiots. You have nothing better to do than mess with cops doing thier job. It looked pretty uneventful to me. You were just digging for something. That's why you were elated when they wouldn't tell you anything. If you are not his parent or guardian and he is not over 18 then I could see why you would be upset. But for you to butt in and start questioning them in the middle of what they are doing is just idiotic. Have fun with your camera loser!

  • it does make cops mad so its fun...and if they tell u to come here just ride ur bike to the park where cars cant go since ur not doing anything illegal

  • It is so much fun and so EASY getting a rise out of you freekeene nutjobs....desperately trying to win a youtube comment flame war. Its really amusing.

  • Yep, we're just nutty about living free. Bunch whack-jobs around here. Do you live in the area? Because more of us crazies are coming soon!

  • we don't put boogers in your sandwich, spit is much easier to hide. Boogers can be evidence. . . but my spit mixes with the lettuce and tomato and is invisible within a few minutes. Yet when you eat it, we'll still smile

  • lmao - what was that old TV ad? I think it was something like:

The bigger the booger, the better the booger, the boogers are bigger at Booger King? If I were a cop or a school principal, I don't think I'd eat out very much. Pretty gross. :D

  • "...most departments will only be able to tell you what police station he will be processed at and instruct you to go there for information regarding to bonding procedures and status."

So then, why didn't they do just that?

  • A) Because it was obvious to the officers as well as ANYONE else watching this video that the dope asking the questions did not know the man, was not his "friend"/relative/significant other/co-worker, or anything such and was merely seeking the attention he lacks at home/lacked as a child.

It was obvious that the gentleman who inquired was a concerned CITIZEN interested in knowing the reason for the man's arrest.

    B) He didn't ASK!!!

He DID ask. He asked why the man was being arrested.

  • Comment removed

  • They could have politely informed him Mr. Slicker that the gentleman being arrested was being taken to a specific jail and if they wished to further inquire, then they could visit the jail. It really is IRRELEVANT whether they were relatives, friends, acquaintances, etc. or not. They were a group of CONCERNED CITIZENS making a public inquiry to government servants. Please cite the NH statute/regulation that prohibits any law enforcement official from discussing any matters related to an arrest.

  • Answer my question: "Please cite the NH statute/regulation that prohibits any law enforcement official from discussing any matters related to an arrest. "

You alleged in your first comment that "As a matter of FACT, they are FORBIDDEN BY LAW from doing so."

So, I'm sure that you'll be able to back up your claim of FACT. Or is it simply convenient fiction Mr. Slicker?

  • Instead of attempting to insult me Mr. Slicker with ad hominem attacks, why don't you try answering the question?. You were the one that alleged FACT, but you can't quite seem to back it up with FACT, instead just choosing noise to attempt to cover up your lack of diligence.

    ANSWER THE QUESTION.

  • And the police aren't protected by the 4th, 5th, and 6th amendments when acting in their official capacities. Pollce officers, when acting in their official capacities, don't have rights, they have powers.

  • are you really saying that cops get low pay? AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I've never heard anything so fuckin' funny. They must be suffering with their 120k a year. . . what heroes those thugs are!

  • Lame. Can't back up your own "facts". Ha ha ha. You're so full of it.

What a total loser you are Mr. Slicker.

  • "'m too busy to educate you from ignorance."

Yeah, right. The fact of the matter is, is thaty you're completely unable to educate me (or anyone else) without providing a New Hampshire statute / regulation to back up the "fact" that you alleged. I'll give you time. Come back when you're less busy, and educate all of us ignoramuses with your legal wisdom. Just make sure that you have a statute or regulation to back it up.

  • Mr. Slicker, do you have a problem with people who work at McDonalds?

  • Anything that any law enforcement official is empowered to do, is defined by statute or regulation. ALL their ACTIONS of enforcement are governed by law -- which are defined by the appropriate statutes, and the regulations derived from those statutes. No law enforcement agent is empowered to do anything else than what is allowed by statute or regulation. You should know that, since you're such a legal scholar. But apparently you don't. So I ask again Mr. Slicker to back up your alleged "fact".

  • "So, you are saying that Federal, State, County and Local police officers do NOT have to follow their own set of department orders, directives and procedures and rules." I said no such thing. However, any and all "orders", "directives", "procedures", and "rules" must be demonstrably based upon statutes and the regulations derived from those statutes. Otherwise the rule, procedure, directive, or order is unlawful and illegal. Period. End of story. That's the way the law works.

  • "arrested people have NO RIGHTS under the U.S. Constitution or it's amendments"

What is the relevance of that? Just become someone is arrested, doesn't mean they're innocent or guilty. It simply means that they've been charged and arrested. Their arrest, and the details involved with that arrest (such as the charges, are a matter of public record.

But please Mr. Slicker, I'm still waiting for you to get less busy and to cite that NH statute / regulation?

  • @monadog3 Until a man has been found guilty, he is presumed innocent. You are supposed to be arrested 'on suspicion'. Your rights are in-tact. That's how I understand it.

However, I don't think the cops are allowed to discuss with you what he has been arrested for (to protect the man's privacy). For example (and this is extreme I know) If you were falsely accused of rape and were being arrested, if I walked past and asked the cops why you'd be pissed if they told me, right? I would.

  • @wesmatron "Until a man has been found guilty, he is presumed innocent. You are supposed to be arrested 'on suspicion'"

the key word are " presumed innocent until guilty IN A COURT OF LAW.". that dosent meant at the time of arrest or on the street.

Of course when the media report it -- they alway use the word "allegaled"

  • You still haven't backed up your alleged "fact" yet with evidence, Mr. Slicker. The appropriate NH State statute or regulation will suffice.

    Enjoying eating crow Mr. Slicker?

  • But you said in your very 1st comment that it was 'forbidden by law'. Exactly which law(s)? It doesnt look like youve proved your point using fact-ual evidence like a statute or reg major donut boy. Probaly because one doesnt even exist. If it does prove it.

  • LOOK!!!!!!!!!!

The poor pussy monadog3 had to create an alternate id because he got punked so badly!!!!!!!!!!!

    LMFAO.

  • Looks like youve been pwned buddy by the monadog!

Put up or shut up slick!!!

  • @monadog3 The police don't have to answer any thing about an arrest to anybody...but it's a good thing to video them everytime..always.

  • @monadog3 In AMERICA charges are always to be made public knowledge-this is to stop secret arrests and secret trials from taking place. This lady cop says "This will be in the newspaper"-obviously she does not care about freedoms.

  • @hiruleshouse they are public knowledge but for the privacy of the person being arrested they wont say anything, also he had no need to know. he just wanted to manufacture some stupid controversy like this then whine about how they were witholding information

  • Why are they arresting a peaceful man? I consider that unreasonable. As soon as they stop hurting peaceful people, we'll leave them be.

  • Actually - don't answer that - WHO CARES.

Apparently, they do SILENTNATION1. Too bad that more people don't care. The people in this nation have been silent far too long..

  • This cameraman is trying to get tazed. This is awesome

  • I'm guessing it was FTA or some other bogus non-crime.

  • that was great ! Let me know when you find out why he was arrested.

  • We don't have to tell you nothing you stinkin' slaves! You're interering with police biddness. Now back off. Typical.

Did you ever find out what he was arrested for?

  • Let me know when you find out why he was arrested.
