I'm not oppose to the idea of passing the torch to a new younger group of Ghostbusters. I just want them to do another GB film and to see Ernie, Dan, Harold, and (If he decides to do it.) Bill back in action again.

My father drove hours to buy me the Ecto-1 car in the 80's. You know , it lasted me until the late 90's. Always loved it, and now when I look back I get a little choked about not having it. Let them bring in a new younger cast. THE ORIGINALS (with possibly the exception of Bill) ARE STILL GOING TO BE IN THE MOVIE. The Ghost Busters video game essentially was the third movie. Awesome connecting of the 2 movies, gave the original heroes a great fight without worrying about the age thing, and they did bring in a (albiet nameless) new buster. The game showed me Aykroyd still has his head about him so I have hope.
If they do do a Ghostbusters 3, should they have a convergence of characters like in the ending to Extreme Ghostbusters (1997 cartoon)? Like more of hand down to a generation.

I see this movie sucking balls. Nobody and I mean nobody that is a fan of the old movies is going to want to see new Ghoustbusters. We want the origianl cast. Sadly Rick Moranis wont do the film as he is retired and has not shot a film in years. With out Murrey and casting young Ghoustbusters this movie will tank.

My father drove hours to buy me the Ecto-1 car in the 80's. You know , it lasted me until the late 90's. Always loved it, and now when I look back I get a little choked about not having it. Now tell me ghostbusters, along with nintendo and g.i. joes didn't rule our lives. that's impact. G.I. Joe was terrible, CGI in our faces to much, you want to know how to use cgi watch T2. Let them bring in a new younger cast. THE ORIGINALS (with possibly the exception of Bill) ARE STILL GOING TO BE IN THE MOVIE. This is coming from a true fan, saw it for the first time when I was 5, know every line, watched it hundreds of times, favorite movie ever, case closed. It's legendary. But let them pass it on. Yes, they're old, and THAT'S THE POINT of passing it on. Finish it up with part three. That doesn't mean I want part 4 and 5 after that - but one last live action movie.

you can't bring in new ghostbusters. and what the hell was the idea with the black guy? i mean, it's the three of them who are the ghostbusters. they are friends and scientists and have a chemistry between them, and then this black dude just shows up and kind of tags along for no reason. his only reason for being there is to try and appeal to the black viewers. it's pathetic. it would have worked had they given him a proper role, but they didn't. i just want to see the three of them in gb3.

I REALLY don't want Anna Faris, Elisha Dushku, Alyssa Milano or any female cast for that matter. I'd like a new 'male' generation taking on the role of the new Gb's. You wouldn't have a male cast playing Charlie's Angels or a nerdy white guy playing Shaft? If they go ahead with a female cast, I hope the aforementioned names back out of it. Makes me not want a GB3. I want this done properly if it's going to be good. Otherwise, GB 2 should remain as our last memories of the gang!

shut up and play the part. how bout make the ghostbusters come out of retirement (much like rocky did for rocky 6) have them all have families and children and then everything goes to shit and they are forced to bust some ghosts one more time. the younger generation actors will just make it a fail, i mean you can have the greatest script in the world and you already know right off the bat that it'll be a failure.
just get the original actors to play the part and you got a summer blockbuster

The Ghost Busters video game essentially was the third movie. Awesome connecting of the 2 movies, gave the original heroes a great fight without worrying about the age thing, and they did bring in a (albiet nameless) new buster. The game showed me Aykroyd still has his head about him so I have hope.
