@seankav2k9 On your way up start rotating both hands at the same time. You have to get higher on the pull up then with one arm first. Might have to use more kick, then slowly start to die the kick out. Would be easier to practice on a higher bar.
@BarStarzz thanks, theres a higher bar up the rood from my house so i can use that, i saw sum tutorials and it says u need 20 pull ups and 20 dips, then explosive pull ups then u can get a muscle up, will this work ?
