This is what you call a 'Sun Dog' or 'Sun Halo' and it's quite common. Freeze frame at 1:35. Look at the very top of the frame. You will see a third disc with a 'bar' across it - just like what occurs in the 2nd disc. As the footage progresses, the 'bar' shifts down on the 2nd disc and also, in exactly the same way, on the 3rd disc.

It cannot be a 2nd sun... or planet Nibiru or anything like that. It is more likely to be some of kind of optical 'by product' on account of the lenses in the camera.
