I watched your last video first and I have got to tell you you look and sound fabulous! Thanks for the encouragement as I keep trying to do the diet and I am too poor to keep myself in lemons and syrup half the time. Will try again in Dec. if I can't keep it going this month.

I am 5'2" and I weigh 140 (I have been eating raw for about 5 weeks now and just lost about 8 lbs) I am doing the cleanse becasue I am still a little bloated, and I want to make sure the toxins are getting out...
