Oh, dear. Saying one has "invented" work which has been known for a century or more hits a 10 on the BS meter.

This is trick stuff where the rider does X, the horse is supposed to do Y and it it does, it gets a cookie. It has nothing to do with the correct gymnastic development of the horse for riding.

I sure hope no one pays money for this.

I allways worry about people that think they have a new and improved way to teach dressage. I think you have good intentions but the Uberstreichen is both reward to the horse and lie detector to the riders rein management.

If the riders is riding from back to front and from leg to outside rein, the horse will seek the bridle forward and down. That is the essensce of the movement. This is just some unrelated to the aids trick. BTW if you just want them to stretch down turn them out on the grass.

how is it possible that you invented uberstreichen if its been a part of dressage tests in germany for a few decades? did you mean uberstreichen is the basis for your work?

Would like to see right side of horse developed/sensatized more as horse is always getting left (near side) work. When right side of horse was worked with a very small amount, it was obvious not much is being done on the right side. Nice to see bare feet though and soft approach to feel.
