This rendering is FAR superior to the 'Remastered' one done by CBS. I feel that D.R's attention to the way the scenes were layed out were done with precision. Also, attention to the surface details of the ships were awesome. It is jerky, but it remained truthful to the way it was originally aired.

Daren Dotcherman's work looked less artificial tahn the CGI from CBS. This video it's toi fuzzy, but in his site we see how well done was his job. CBS did not such great job, instead of it gave a artificial CHI effect for Trek Enhanced Episodes.

I thinks this was, aside some minor shots superior to the official remastered edition. Excellent!

very true tothe original shots in the jerky kind of way i love the look of the constitution class ships and the transusent DM hull but overall I prefer the CBE version
