Looka here, it doesn't have to be 'gay' this and 'gay' that . That's like in the thirties with the 'White only' bars and restaurants and stuff. The way forward is to abolish this 'gay' this and 'gay' that/ straight this, straight that. It's a matter of getting used to really. There should be more Universal places and events where your sexual orientation isn't the basis of whether you're invited or not.

One of the good things that came out of the American civil rights movement was attempts to desegregate the schools, so schools were not either almost exclusively white or almost exclusively black. One of the reasons was to make more educational equality, because the mainly white schools seemed to offer better quality programs. The other reason was to help promote interracial contact, which helps reduce racism.

@HerrSpieldose I am opposed to all hate speech. Unfortunately, I have heard a few negative comments from gay people about bisexuals. I don't think their comments were into the area of hate speech.

The acceptable use of the word -hate- is to describe an emotion. Using it as pejorative is not only erroneous it's offensive and unacceptable for the reasons I've quoted. Persons should use acceptable adjectives such as -spiteful, malicious, vicious- etcetera.

Hate is normal human response to stress, danger and anxiety that 90% of persons experience and no one should feel ashamed of.

I believe Paul was talking about those who went the temples of other gods and had sex with male temple prostitutes in those temples. Having sex with a temple prostitute was considered to be an act of worship to a different God.

For sure. There are very different translations. Any translation is an interpretation of what the original language was saying. Translating is not a science, but an art, and mistakes can be made when translating passages. Many people assume a translation is how God spoke it. God said it in King James English and it had to be interpreted into Hebrew and Greek for the idiots who lived in ancient times.

Thanks for watching and commenting. I've done a little research and ran into an interesting periodical article. The study gave one the sense that of the youth surveyed the questioning youth were much more at risk than either gay or straight youth to homophobic bullying.
