I was really young when i had my Pit Bull. Damn good dogs, i used to ride on mines back and we have videos of us playing with him with this rope and he would hold on to one end and we would swing him around with the other end :D. God i miss that dog.

my registered american pit bull terrier weighs 120 lbs and rest assured he is pure i know his entire bloodline i can post a vid of him on my channel and you can see what the breed should look like in excellent health, in my opinion he should be the breed standard not only for form but temperment as well

@vastotensa To be honest there is not a true pit that weighs over 100 lbs...they are basically a mastiff or bulldog mix...not a true APBT. 45-60 for females and males top out at 80lbs. I am sure blue has a lot of mastiff/bulldog in his bloodline.

What a wonderful story in my town pit bulls have killed a lady and a flock of sheep. When they are not loved and raised with kindness like Blue that is what happens. god bless you for saving this baby....i am such an advocate for pitties..

Beautiful dog. My pit kept 2 burglars out of my house when I was sleeping on the couch. She doesn't growl when she is ready to fight, but she wines and I heard her and woke up as she was chasing 2 guys down my apt building hallway. She could have easily saved my life consider the 2 could have had any kind of weapon on them.
i met a bull mastif puppy who was 160 pounds. The thing was a freak! Its back was waist high, this dog was huge. My lab is big, but he is only about 80 pounds. Dogs over 100 are huge (if they are not fat).
@iTwitchAlot1 No offense but do you know how big the table is??? aloso cameras do a depth of feild a lot so I can take a picture of a room that is 12' X 12' and make it look like it is 24' X 24" or the other way around 6' X 6'....just saying. @burt308308 The vet scale actually says 145..he has lost some weight, 2 weeks ago he was 137...I must say though vet scales are sometime wrong. You also have to figure in this vid I am 6'4" 265 lbs.
I love Pits they're the best dogs in the world. They are so loyal. I grew up with 2 pits and a Rottweiler, all three were gentle and kind. If any dog turns against its owner its because the owner did something wrong. My dogs never bit me or snapped at me. They hardly even barked. Pits and Rots deserve more chances.

Took a lot of work to straighten her out but she turned into the best dog ever. One thing I did learn, as I am sure you did too, there is no such thing as a free dog. I wanted to hear the story of saving your son's life as well. Im a shelter volunteer and I walk and socialize pit bulls many times. I have never had a problem with any of them. The worst dogs i have dealt with have been chihuahas, thats a fact, no bias. Just sat with a 3 mo old puppy who was shaking so badly and he was so sweet after I just spent time with him.
I have 6 pitbulls in my house currently. 3 of the 6 were rescued from people that were abusing them and I have completely turned them around and they are 100% loyal to not just me and my husband but to our children as well!!! The other 3 I have are the babies of 2 of the ones rescued. I feel the same way about BSL laws. They are completely ridiculous!!! Punish the owner not the breed!!!! I have watched most of your videos and I am so glad you had a loyal dog that alerted you about your son! WOW!

Thats more responsible than just letting your dog run out the door not contained at all! They are doing the right thing if there yard is not fenced to have him on a chain when he is out. Its your responsibility as a dog owner to keep your dogs out of trouble and that means thinking ahead, you never know who is out there or what your dog might take as a threat. I have a pit to so dont go off saying i obvisously dont know about pitbulls, i lived with 2 growing up and have 1 of my own. smart owners
There is nothing wrong with a dog being on a chian for a few min, maybe there yard is not fenced in and thats how he goes outside... you ever think of that? there are to many people out there that will call the cops if your pit is not contained or off a leash.... sad but true, all because the ignorance of dog fighters. I used to be a halfway house for dogs thru a rescue project in AZ, I had over 80 dogs in a year n a half and the ONLY dog I ever had a problem with was a golden retriever. All the pit bulls got along with all the dogs and neighborhood kids perfectly. I am baffled by the random stories of what has happened with Pits, I have only had good experiences and a LOT of them!

@tarantulaguy1976 ah I know it originated when pits were mainly fighting dogs back in the day and the reason for it was so another dog couldnt grab hold of their ear during a fight, but so much risk is involved, tons of blood loss, but for search and rescue i can see why but for a family dog? no need. theyre beautiful with their ears anyway! :D
@RealCloudNineGaming Actualy there is no blood loss and VERY minimal pain if you are will ing (and I did ) to have them done with a laser....Titus didn't even flinch when they where done and there are no stiches because the wound is sealed but it cost me $2,5000. So if you do it take the time and spand the money and it is worth it. Know wen done at some vets it is VERY bad!! and even worse by fighters...they just cut them off with whatever they have laying around!

Oh my God! If it wasn't for that mole on his side, he looks exactly like the dog I had. I had three pitbuls, and they all attacked me. Thank Jesus they didn't lock their jaws up. They did tremendous damage to my legs. But luckly me legs and my stomach healed good with surgery. I will never ever get pitbulls again.

Instead of using a collar, I would suggest using a harness as suggestion because when the dog pulls it can hurt their neck and may need surgery on it later in life and it can also damage the muscles (speaking from experience with my pit). ^.^ and a harness gives more control over the dog also.
my sister's rare breed pitbull is the sweetest dog ever, cali's grown up from a pup around my nephew for the past 4 years. her only problems are she's an attention freak who always wants to sprawl in your lap and her wagging tail hurts like a whip. other then thats she's a gentle wussy that was once literally scared of her own shadow XD
I would rather hug a well-trained nice pitbulls than well-trained rottweilers. I don't know why but I'm super nervous for rottweilers even if they are well-trained. Maybe it's the size of the rotties.

WHAT A SWEETHEART! I have a Boxer pup named Tyson who's about 12 months old with an undocked tail. Every time I see a dog with that nice almost "blocky" looking face and a long waggly tail I just go a bit rubbery one.
He's so beautiful! I think dogs that are rescued (we have a rescued Boston Terrier) seem to be so grateful. They know what you did for them, it shows.

Hey my dogs name is blue, when I was little there was a lightning storm and I heard my cat meowing and I ran outside to trey and find her. I was out in our front lawn when blue jumed over the fence and bit my shirt and pulled me to my house. Just then A huge bolt of lightning came striking down exactly were i was standing. BTW your dog is a cutie! :)

Some people only have trailers and have to chain their dogs.theres nothing wrong it. props to you for going great extends to care for your dog. there are more dogs out there that get treated like shit then there are dogs that have lovely homes like your dog does,

I didn't see anything wrong with this video though, since its already been said that the chain was only on for a few of minutes. Heck, that's more like using a leash. Beautiful dog. My pit kept 2 burglars out of my house when I was sleeping on the couch. She doesn't growl when she is ready to fight, but she wines and I heard her and woke up as she was chasing 2 guys down my apt building hallway. She could have easily saved my life consider the 2 could have had any kind of weapon on them.

i met a bull mastif puppy who was 160 pounds. The thing was a freak! Its back was waist high, this dog was huge. My lab is big, but he is only about 80 pounds. Dogs over 100 are huge (if they are not fat).

@iTwitchAlot1 No offense but do you know how big the table is??? aloso cameras do a depth of feild a lot so I can take a picture of a room that is 12' X 12' and make it look like it is 24' X 24" or the other way around 6' X 6'....just saying. @burt308308 The vet scale actually says 145..he has lost some weight, 2 weeks ago he was 137...I must say though vet scales are sometime wrong. You also have to figure in this vid I am 6'4" 265 lbs.

I love Pits they're the best dogs in the world. They are so loyal. I grew up with 2 pits and a Rottweiler, all three were gentle and kind. If any dog turns against its owner its because the owner did something wrong. My dogs never bit me or snapped at me. They hardly even barked. Pits and Rots deserve more chances.

Took a lot of work to straighten her out but she turned into the best dog ever. One thing I did learn, as I am sure you did too, there is no such thing as a free dog. Usa dog is going to be 11 this year. I will look for the story how Blue saved your son. Please do share this with us.

I wanted to hear the story of saving your son's life as well. Im a shelter volunteer and I walk and socialize pit bulls many times. I have never had a problem with any of them. The worst dogs i have dealt with have been chihuahas, thats a fact, no bias. Just sat with a 3 mo old puppy who was shaking so badly and he was so sweet after I just spent time with him.

I have 6 pitbulls in my house currently. 3 of the 6 were rescued from people that were abusing them and I have completely turned them around and they are 100% loyal to not just me and my husband but to our children as well!!! The other 3 I have are the babies of 2 of the ones rescued. I feel the same way about BSL laws. They are completely ridiculous!!! Punish the owner not the breed!!!! I have watched most of your videos and I am so glad you had a loyal dog that alerted you about your son! WOW!

Thats more responsible than just letting your dog run out the door not contained at all! They are doing the right thing if there yard is not fenced to have him on a chain when he is out. Its your responsibility as a dog owner to keep your dogs out of trouble and that means thinking ahead, you never know who is out there or what your dog might take as a threat. I have a pit to so dont go off saying i obvisously dont know about pitbulls, i lived with 2 growing up and have 1 of my own. smart owners

There is nothing wrong with a dog being on a chian for a few min, maybe there yard is not fenced in and thats how he goes outside... you ever think of that? there are to many people out there that will call the cops if your pit is not contained or off a leash.... sad but true, all because the ignorance of dog fighters. The dog is obviously healthy and loved so why are people complaining about his chain its just like a leash without someone holding it? Im sure he gets plenty of free time.

I used to be a halfway house for dogs thru a rescue project in AZ, I had over 80 dogs in a year n a half and the ONLY dog I ever had a problem with was a golden retriever. All the pit bulls got along with all the dogs and neighborhood kids perfectly. I am baffled by the random stories of what has happened with Pits, I have only had good experiences and a LOT of them!

@tarantulaguy1976 ah I know it originated when pits were mainly fighting dogs back in the day and the reason for it was so another dog couldnt grab hold of their ear during a fight, but so much risk is involved, tons of blood loss, but for search and rescue i can see why but for a family dog? no need. theyre beautiful with their ears anyway! :D

@RealCloudNineGaming Actualy there is no blood loss and VERY minimal pain if you are will ing (and I did ) to have them done with a laser....Titus didn't even flinch when they where done and there are no stiches because the wound is sealed but it cost me $2,5000. So if you do it take the time and spand the money and it is worth it. Know wen done at some vets it is VERY bad!! and even worse by fighters...they just cut them off with whatever they have laying around!

Oh my God! If it wasn't for that mole on his side, he looks exactly like the dog I had. I had three pitbuls, and they all attacked me. Thank Jesus they didn't lock their jaws up. They did tremendous damage to my legs. But luckly me legs and my stomach healed good with surgery. I will never ever get pitbulls again.

Instead of using a collar, I would suggest using a harness as suggestion because when the dog pulls it can hurt their neck and may need surgery on it later in life and it can also damage the muscles (speaking from experience with my pit). ^.^ and a harness gives more control over the dog also.

my sister's rare breed pitbull is the sweetest dog ever, cali's grown up from a pup around my nephew for the past 4 years. her only problems are she's an attention freak who always wants to sprawl in your lap and her wagging tail hurts like a whip. other then thats she's a gentle wussy that was once literally scared of her own shadow XD

I would rather hug a well-trained nice pitbulls than well-trained rottweilers. I don't know why but I'm super nervous for rottweilers even if they are well-trained. Maybe it's the size of the rotties.
I have had a pitbull puppy running up to me and its wanted me to carry her XD!! Pitbulls are adorable dog though, I think every breed is but it's the owner who has the responsibility! Abusive owners should be put down to an endless "sleep" though because they have no heart! D8<

WHAT A SWEETHEART! I have a Boxer pup named Tyson who's about 12 months old with an undocked tail. Every time I see a dog with that nice almost "blocky" looking face and a long waggly tail I just go a bit rubbery one.

Hey my dogs name is blue, when I was little there was a lightning storm and I heard my cat meowing and I ran outside to trey and find her. I was out in our front lawn when blue jumed over the fence and bit my shirt and pulled me to my house. Just then A huge bolt of lightning came striking down exactly were i was standing. BTW your dog is a cutie! :)
