@kuccarina965 Actually the only problem is your graphics card. I would recomed at least a geforce 8500GT. You should still be able to play it on medium settings, but you're a not going to have good perfomance with higher settings.

@kuccarina965 Unfortunately FSX won't start up at all on that setup with the GMA3100. Look for a used 8800GT, 8800GTS or 8800 Ultra (making sure the bigger ones will fit in your case etc).

Do you think i could run FSX at 25-30 fps or more with 5gb of ram, Amd Athon X2 (Dual-core) 2.0ghz,and a nvidia Geforce GT 220 1gb?

@PlaneTheTech sure, GT 220 1gb, is like an 8600 GT wich is the one I used to make this video. I used to get 25-30 fps sometimes more. But you know, don't expect good FPS in major cities like NY, you must have at least a 3.6ghz dual core processor to have good fps in big cities.

@yuryduarte im upgrading my processor to an AMD Athlon 64 x2 (dual core) 2.9ghz or A 2.6ghz. Which would do better and how much of an FPS boost would i get?

@PlaneTheTech Usually higher clocks are better for fsx, but I also recommend multiple cores, a 3.6ghz dual core is extremely recommended. But 2.0ghz to 3.0ghz dual core will work fine, a little better than my video. But if you find a quad core with a good price go for it.

@IronCobraKid Hey, What's up man, I hear many people having the same problem that you do. And the that are many issues for this problem. First you need to make sure you have fresh install of Windows Operating System. Then check for graphics card drivers issues, usually some drivers really bugs with FSX, from eather ATI and Nvidia. Last, check for FSX config. Usually Bloom, water effects and shadows, cut your FPS by half. So make sure you have balanced settings.

yes you can, you just cant set graphics to ultra high, you would need at least a 7600 GS, or 8600 GT better.

lol thanxs at the moment i play it on medium high 512 mb ram lol i no and single core 2.80 ghz nividia geforce 6200 and i still get like 20 frames

Much better, on High probably 22-28 fps, on ultra high 15-25, depends on the scnery also.

yes you can run same settings i do, just the frame rate will be a little less, probably 12-22 in seattle, but geforce 7100 need at least 256mb memory, turbo cash should be ok. I recomend you buy a 9600 GT and will have amazing results, dual core 2.5ghz is great processor.

Just Install FSX Service Pack 1, you can download at microsoft FSX web site. just type FSX SP1 on google you will find it.
