No, I believe that democracy is the best form of government if it works properly, like over all in some European states. But what Yeltsin created is not democracy. Democratic reforms need a lot of time and have to be carried out sensibly. The introduction of free market in 1 day eventually made the countrys GDP fall twice in 5 years.
