I always get confused with photography terms!

    Thanks Sir! =)

  • Does the Rebel 550D (T2i) any good with apertures and ISO?

  • @jockvideos It's a good camera specially if you're starting out. The aperture has to do with the lens. Some lens would have a rage of f/1.8 to f/22 or some may start with f/3.5 or f/5.6. it all depends on your needs and the budget as well. Whatever camera you buy, make sure you buy a great lens. The quality of the glass makes a huge difference. I always suggest to buy just the body of the camera and purchase the lens separately so you could buy the lens that fits your needs.

  • this stuff is good for a newbie like me! many thanks!

  • @resilience03 Great! I'm glad you like the videos. I made them specifically for new and aspiring photographers, like yourself.

  • Hello ,I have a Canon EOS 3000n and I new in photography and I want to know is this a good camera .

Second , For taking a photo in Night for example city i take shutter speed of 10 seconds but aperture I don't know to set up . Do I need to set up apreture a smaller(4.0) or bigger (22) that is for example. Is anybody know I would preciate . Thanks a lot ... Tnx :-D

  • @Bmwe38town I haven't used that camera so I can't comment on it. As for the night exposure, the exposure time and aperture (and ISO) will depend on how much light is available. If you are photographing the stars, you will probably want small aperture (like f11), low ISO, and long exposure time. Since you have a digital camera you can just take a couple of test shots and adjust accordingly after reviewing the images. Checking out the histogram here will also help you guess the proper exposure.

  • Hi I am planning to take a Nikon D90 as an entry level and I am learning all now....Since i like the photography so I am going to buy D90 please give me suggestions please

  • D90 is a very good Camera.... You can Certainly go for it, however, I suggest that u check other entry level camera as well like Nikon D3000, D5000, Canon Rebel XSI, Rebel T1i, Rebel T2i...

Canon T2i is a very good candidate for high end entry level....

Also notice that lens is a very important element.... u can buy little cheaper entry level camera body and invest into higher quality lens instead of expensive camera with regular kit lens....

    Hope this helps...

  • @bharadwaj504 That's a good camera. Be sure to get some good lenses for it; old but good quality manual lenses can purchased for minimal cost.

  • @bharadwaj504 exellent choise be sure to spend your money on your lenses. you can get variety of lenses new or used . some of the older ones you would have to manually set them in focus, before you buy be sure they would be compatible with any newer models of nikon For example if bought a cheap low quality lense you probably wont be able to use it on a brand new camera that just came in the market. Camera bodies come and go lenses are around mutch longer

  • @bharadwaj504 cool

  • if i want a good dslr camera that is not too pricey that takes great photos and has many functions what camera would you suggest?

  • read my reply @bharadwaj504.... That might help u....

  • Very clear, very good

  • Great vidz, good work!

  • Interesting content but the audio on all three of your videos is very scratchy. If you could sort that out, this would make a very useful set for newcomers to Photography.
