Staff Evie Revamp Full Review

I actually really hate the revamp. I liked that she wasn't the conventional "must remain at a safe distance" mage and that she would actually bash enemies faces in with her staff. I like the revamped fireball and the ice spell, but that's about it.

ya mana amber and increased mana shields make evie feel more like a up close and personal melee character that can take as much abuse as a fiona.

It is what it is tho. Here's hoping Kai becomes the TRUE ranged glass cannon character in the game.

i was scythe..but changed to staff.. they r both powerful in my opinion, but staff evie is more fun to play. plus, mana amber is more powerful than blink. since evies die by few hits by raid bosses.. mana amber is sooo much more useful

Ya scythe is nice and powerful until later levels where there are nearly no opening for a counter attacks against quick bosses.

After boat 5 scythe begins to suffer how spears do.

While I like the new staff evie, I find her incredibly annoying when it comes to dealing with very mobile bosses.

half the time you'll sit in mana amber and the other you'll spend trying to blast off a single spell before getting whacked.

It's a nice start, but needs MAJOR improvement.

Most people went evie because scythe evie is overpowered until level 55 +

Staff Evie ends up filling scythe evies shoes nicely after 55 now.

Kinda how most lanns go back to swords in the 50's. Survivability

yo dude how come i see peopel doing blind arrow none stop like spamming magic arrow? or is it actually magic arrow but r8 +? im so confused can u let me know? cause if u can put blind arrow as default then i think putting into magic arrow is waste > <

Unless you're experiencing some type of visual glitch, then i'd say you're just witnessing people spamming magic arrow like I did in the video.

It takes at least 10 seconds to hit tier 4 power to cast blind arrow, and even then it has a cooldown on it, so no, you can't spam it.

It also eats stamina like nuts.

Putting points into magic arrow is a must to keep evies dps up. Besides, most of evies skills are cheap to rank now so theres no excuse NOT to get magic arrow at max.

New staff was released over a month ago in Korea, well before I made this video. So my predictions aren't that far off. I said a couple months and it's been nearly that.

I truly do feel sorry that you guys aren't getting Karok first, since he's a much better char overall.

Either way i'd say i'm almost right on the money. I said 5 months for Karok and 2 for staff Evie in my original prediction.

Exactly. You get it next update. Next update hasn't come yet and like I said before, new staff evie was released OVER a month before I uploaded this video. The recording was done closer to when she first released, I just never got around to uploading it :P

And now that Nexon decided to give you guys the same lvl cap as us, you're going to have to wait longer for Karok since he isn't complete yet (i.e. problems with compatible armor, still adding skills, etc. etc.)
