Question: 27 of May is my birthday, I turn 24 years old, I want to lose 30 pounds in three months, this is possible, right? With good nutrition, weights and cardio, this is possible?
@osho904 It will be hard but yes it is possible. You must be on a very good workout plan and an even better diet! But if you work hard then you can do it. Just be heallthy and don't do or take silly stuff! Good luck!
Also, I got to add that, lets say, you are going to do heavy bench press. After Pre-Workout Stretching Warm Up Routine, light 3 -5 sets starting with 50% of the working sets are still critical and necessary.
Gotta do warm-up to do the warm up :) Im just saying.

@MarkusAir2000 Yip great advice. Althought I won't do as manysets 1 or 2 sets of 15 reps with a lighter weight will be fine.
