@genx589x you have to upload your own spray, of size 256x256. to upload you go to options multyplayer upload pray. once you got that, you press T. obviously, this is pc only, but that goes unsaid because why would you play this on a console?

hmm, I tried it with the alpha channels as tga and as png, and jpg and none of them worked... but I know it's possible beacuse I downloaded one that works as transparent. For your alpha channels you just make the transparent part black and non, white right?

Its completly random if yours is above or below other sprays. Im not sure if it has to do with who was last to join or something. Theres nothing wrong with your sprays.

you'll still have to do that as well, but it has to be copied into that folder in order for the game to recognize/import it.

alright i tried but it showed up as black and purple checkers, and when i hit the spray key, no picture. the file is .VTF, and it's saved in my "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\[my user name]\team fortress 2\tf\materials\VGUI\logos" so i'm not sure why it won't work

Sorry, dude. I forgot. I had the same problem with TF2. After looking in my folders, I realized that I have copied the image to the logos folder, the UI folder within the logos folder, and the UI folder (materials/vgui/ui). Copy it into all three of those and check it out. Hope it helps.

Copy the file and paste it into all three of the folders I listed in the previous post. If a folder I listed does not exist, create it. If you copy only into two locations, your spray will likely be blank on the preview screen. Check it out and let me know.

You can make spray even with Paint, just draw them and import them to the game. If you want to make a moving one, learn Photoshop Animation and save the file as Targa. It's reall easy.
