  • dont care what the box says...it could say 4000 grains @ 3,000,000 feet per second....but that does not make it true...but thanks anyway...im not buying it :)

  • What I like about Hollow points is they are effective form 1 yard all the way out to the effect range of the rifle... My MINI 14 can reach out to 400 yards reliably. The 5.56 fragmentation and yawing that produces the horrific wounds are only good out to a range of 120 yards max with a 20 inch barrel. 98 yards for a 16 inch barrel. after that the 5.56 is a typical 22 mag round. Anything that goes in small and comes out the size of a fist will kill anything alive.

  • Thanks for the demo, I'm doing some 233 ammo shopping right now. Very Helpful!

  • @Mj2LV You bet! :0)

  • Damn i wish i had one of those too! Good job on the safety!

  • @Raul90Renteria Thank you! :0)

  • not 3500fps, probalably closer to 2800 2900fps 45grains?

  • @usmc2076 I forget what we were shooting but according to the Box the round is 40 grains and it is leaving the barrel at 3600 feet per second. Winchester White Box. If that's what we were shooting. If it's the 45 grain Remingtons then I don't know for sure. I will have to look it up.

  • @usmc2076 nope you are completely wrong. buy a box and read the side of it.

  • Lol, alright, now everything is clear and makes sense. Thanks man.

  • Ok so I'm confused, you've stated on the video that the first shot fired was an FMJ and that the rest was FMJ. Just to be clear, I think the first shot fired was a hollowpoint, am I right? Also I think you got your description mixed up, I think it's the other way around. Correct me If I'm wrong, but I think the effect of FMJ is more catastrophic than a hollow point.

  • @TonyPaj Actually, I was the one that was confused! LOL! I think it is safe to say that if you reverse just about everything I said in the video there is a chance it will be half right! Sorry!

  • That is one sweet AR, very compact and accurate. I love shooting bottles :)

  • @fredhart Thanks for watching and stopping by Fred. I appreciate the feedback. :0)
