@electroxxxd actually it was each written by the other, Jane Weidlen of the GoGos, and Terry Hall... It Belonged equally to both Bands........you are incorrect... somewhat...this band did no cover but you are correct in that the GoGos wrote their own...usually Jane at the helm/

This IS a cover...but Terry Hall wrote it, and I think he does a fantastic job on it. It's dark and moody, just like he is :D. It's my favourite version of the tune, even though I do like the Gogos version of it quite a bit.

Wasn't a fan of them at the time ... or even now, but I'd be the first to say that this song was/is simply cool as f**k!!!

The whole song is deceptively simple in both structure and delivery.
