Republic of Moldova is not getting better at all, instead its drifting away from the EU as more ever before. Troublesome and immature little countries that wish to join the EU do not deserve incentives or the carrot and stick approach. The Republic of Moldova needs to learn to able to stand on its own two feet and needs to seriously commit itself to reform and also moving away from European and American aid packages all of the time. It is the responsibility of the Republic of Moldova to get its act together. If Republic of Moldova does not reform or get its act together in due course. No EU its simple
