  • they say a wise man change and a fool will stay the same fuck it BLAME IT ON THE GAME ALI ONLY KNEW HOW 2 DO ONE THING SHAKE UP THE WORLD

  • if it were made in 1998 why didn't it mention trevor berbick?

  • @AManOfCreativity:

    That's a good question...

  • @AManOfCreativity Yeah, I was thinking this, too.

  • What is it about today's culture that music has got to be everywhere and without any sense of dialing down even? Here we have 2 interviews with Frazier followed by Dundee & there's got to be pop music dialed all the way up so one can't even focus on the what these people are saying. I've seen this in so many other videos too. Mustic has its place; say showing Ali walking in his garden at sunset and hearing a soft melody in the background, or to a montage of Ali photos.

  • Why do so many documentaries leave out the fact that Ali had ANOTHER fight in 1981, against Trevor Berbick?

  • I love this guy. He was the greatest and in my mind, he's still the greatest

  • its really sad ali sounds likes hes straining to talk

  • The Greatest of All Time.

  • Joe Fraizer 100% class as always rip smokin Joe you'll never be forgotten

  • I lost all respect for Dundee watching this.

  • @73dodge I lost (never had) respect for you after reading that comment.

  • @73dodge why?

  • who is that girl with ali in 10.08??

  • Muhammad Ali is a beautiful human being.

  • Thanks for posting.. Awesome story of the later years..

  • this video makes me want to throw up, too sad. Larry Holmes doesn't belong in the ring with Ali. And talk about "FAT" Holmes weighs about 500 pounds today. This hurt Ali's legacy. Angelo Dundee should have stopped the fight earlier. Mayo clinic said Ali had brain damage, boxing commission needs to change rules to protect fighters.

  • 3.54 .. true , he wasn't a bad man or wanting to hurt ali but what a great fighter comes from he needs to get beat by a great , simply the greatest of all time ali was though :)

  • damn, wish he woulda quit much sooner,im selfish,i still want to see himn like he was.

  • His the greatest routine at this point does not look good, and I wish he would have kept looking like a genius and drove down the road without the boxing ring.

    Love you Ali

  • Ali, in later years was already suffering from Parkinson’s disease, and was on medication, which they overdosed him with before the fight in an effort to help the condition. Most fighters don’t end up suffering from Parkinson disease, as I think it was a predisposition, although the punches very well had an effect.

But he should have left the ring, it got crazy.

I loved Ali and it should not have happened.

  • holmes deserved alot of credit for not damaging ali too bad,

  • @engnca ok,but he got in some terrible terrible blows just the same

  • Anyone else suspect think Ali lost to Spinks on purpose so he could win the title 3 times,?

  • @DrJReefer I'm almost positive that is why Spinks was chosen. On the Holmes issue though I am surprised Ali even got to the 10th round what with all the metobolic changes, medication and general wear he had taken by this point. If was Tyson dishing out the pain Ali sadly would have been ko'd for sure.

  • @DrJReefer nah,looked real to me

  • @dempsey981 There was something about the way he battered Spinks at the end that made me think he was letting Leon know he could have won the fight whenever he wanted.

  • @DrJReefer YOU COULD BE RIGHT,BUT REMEMBER.ONE of alis big tricks was to close out real strong hoping to last minute sway judges.alis last 2 rounds were often quite strong.i dunno tho maybe he hoodwinked us like you suspect?he was after all a tricky tricky guy

  • @DrJReefer You would have to be a brain dead moron to think taking hard shots from Leon Spinks just to win a belt is a good idea. Maybe Floyd Patterson got knocked down by Johannsen 7 times just to win it again eh?

  • @capablemachine I'm sorry... Hard shots from Leon Spinks... HA! That bum couldn't punch his way out of a wet paper bag.

  • i personally dont think the fight of ali with larry holmes was humiliation , it was a success of human spirit. I love ali.

  • @atee0011 I agree with u bro. U dont born to be seed for ever. To every dog in the end lose his bone. Iboru Ibolla Ibosheshe.

  • Larry Homes, Joe Frazier = BADLY UNDER-RATED

  • Great video......... I wish more respect was giving to Smoking Joe Frazier......

  • poor ali, when they stopped the fight he just sat on his stool with his head down

  • I LOVE U CHAMP

  • And if Ali was in his prime, he would hurt you Holmes!

  • AWESOME

  • What's the track playing in the background?

  • @tlig It's called "Brown Baby" by Diana Ross

  • @jackthetrack Thanks

  • I wonder if Ali would trade fighting in the 70s/early 80s for his faculties the last 4-5 decades of his life

  • @jmlbloom No.

  • @jmlbloom No. He said he would do it all over again if he could, he said this in a 2002 interview I believe. Ali should have retired after the Shavers fight at the most.

  • That was great, thanks for posting
