  • Thank you... It seems like anything you do now is wrong... I juiced a bunch of apples and other fruits. I hope I don't die! lol

  • I ordered apricot seed kernels over the net and ate one last night. I am still alive and feel good. Another vitamin to research for is Vitamin B15 Pangamic Acid

  • I tried eating apricot kernels... For those who have Traditional Chinese Medicine in their neighbourhood, its called Northern Xing Ren... It is bitter as hell and yes can be poisonous if taken in excess amount just like everything in life. Rule of thumb is to eat the Apricot Seeds as many as if you were to eat the apricot fruit. So if you can eat like maybe 5 apricot fruit an hour, eat just 5 kernels an hour....

  • We eat apples whole, seeds and all here. Just as nature intended.

Ever seen people give horses apples? Hold one out and the horse eats it all. Millions of horses every year eat millions of apples, but where are all the dead horses? Nowhere, 'cause the seeds are not bad for them or us.

  • the question is very simple as the answer. How come something that comes from good be bad for you. fruits are created perfect how come a seed that gives a great fruit and comes from a fruit be poisonous? i wanna know a food that is good and that comes from something is not good. i mean that is born from something that is not good.

  • ....fruit seeds don't cure cancer....if they actually did I don't think kimo would be the main treatment for cancer

  • @ShojinKun kimo is the last result to become first in a truth-blinded society. have u heard of native people dying of cancer or deseases as in modern society. why? because there is something that they are doing and they been doing for a long time that we are not doing on modern world. thats why. hemp oil and many but many others ways curing anything are available. since when does a sick person believes in a cure when he denies he can be cured? is laziness and lack of faith what keeps us sick.

  • @dewitubeX1 Pure wood ash mixed with food is a natural cure too. Must be pure though, nothing else burnt on the fire.

  • @ShojinKun You can't profit from apple seeds...

  • I have been eating an apple daily with the seeds for 2 years and I never felt sick afterwards. I also agree with "cooltjh4" about removing the appleseed casing and chewing on the almond-like inside. :)

  • i lvoe removing the caseing of apple seeds and chewing on the insides

  • i used to eat apple seeds as a kid and loved them, till someone told me they were poisonous, i stopped then, and my health went down,

  • a++ you made a great video and are blessed for doing it ! b-17 is the right way to go ..

  • Chewed seeds, on the other hand, open the outer protective shell of the seed and expose your body to the toxin found inside the seeds. Symptoms of cyanide poisoning can range from mild, such as headache, dizziness, confusion, and vomiting to severe, such as respiratory arrest, kidney failure, coma, and death.

  • But, be careful; apple seeds contain a cyanide compound referred to as cyanogenic acids. Accidental ingestion of a few apple seeds once in a while probably will not affect you. In fact, swallowed seeds normally pass through the body with your normal bodily function.

  • Are those seeds also recommended on pregnant woman?

  • @ValerianeCes I'm no doctor, but I'm pregnant right now and have no problem with eating the seeds right along with the apple that I'm eating. :)

  • Yeah I have been eating the whole apple, leaving nothing but the stalk.

  • I fuck sheep

  • vanderschans65, your comment made me laugh. My dad used to do that, too! Funny! It's also great when you can't get to a garbage can... like on a picnic, etc. :)

  • I love to eat apple seeds. They taste like strong apples to me. I'm still here and I'm living proof that they won't kill you. I eat the seeds along with the apple that I'm eating. I don't over do it.

  • I have always ate the seeds, but my reasoning for that is because I am too lazy to get up and throw away the middle so I eat the whole thing lol

  • How cool. Thank you for sharing this. Sending blessings to all.

  • I had to laugh when you said you were taught these seeds will kill you if you eat them. I don't ever remember being taught that, and never heard of anybody else being taught that... until I saw this video.

I have been taught they WILL make you sick over time if you keep eating them... big difference from being poisoned to death by eating just a few apple seeds.

  • These seeds have some of the highest concentrations of antinutrients - saponins, tannins, enzyme inhibitors, lectins, phytates, and goitrogens. They can make you sick over a short period of time by binding and rendering useless the nutrients your body needs, hence the name antinutrients. Humans never evolved to tolerate these seeds like birds.

I'm not discounting the claim these seeds MAY suppress tumor growth. I just wish there was more research other than just anecdotal evidence as proof.

  • If you are determined to eat these apple, peach or apricot seeds every day, I would highly recommend first soaking (aka sprouting) them to try to inactivate at least some of the antinutrient content.

  • Apricot seeds cotain cyanide but you have to put it in a developer first

  • Took me back to 1975, sorted wheat from chaf, happy with general dosage of 1 kernal per piece of fruit. Harvested 2 kg of small firm ripe apricots from a wild tree in a deserted South Australian backyard and made a first batch of jam. Partner cracked seed, nibbled kernal and discovered bitter almond - almost palatable. Ah, yes! Cynaide - toxic - cancer cure - hippies and happy-clappys - 1975 - fast-forward cyber explore for update in face of gynae ca - find your video - view late 2011. OK.

  • seeds are one of the most beneificial parts of the fruit. seedless grapes and watermelons are gmo products. Avoid seedless whenever possible.

  • HI thanks for this very informative video I have read as well down on the videos. Btw I wish to know were you get that knowledge Wish that you can share to me on mail. I search about the formation of seed and there is nothing just want to know about seed are simple or pure molecules or not I didnt find nothing on the net. Beside I just see A LOT that is toxic and a lot of things of die and many crazy things. Wish you can reply me. Thanks so much! ;)

  • I used to eat fruits and also ate its seeds because I was poverty kid. Other kids and adults saw me eat that, they made me embarrassed and they felt bad to see me eat it. I didn't mean to insult them or scare them. I usually like to eat fruits and its seed. Some taste good and some bad. I didn't realize about it cure disease. Thank you, I will eat it and tell them when they ask.

  • Good video thank you for posting.

  • Hi kichijo! Yes, you should chew the seeds well in order to get the greatest benefit. As for apricot kernels, you only chew the inside, not the hard outer shell. The kernel looks a lot like an almond, but has a very bitter taste.

  • @SuperfitHsMom wow! what about juicing the seeds?

  • @abztrktrockerz I'd recommend, if you are going to juice the apricot kernels that you do it with the apricot. Make sure you remove the outer hard shell first!

  • I always eat the whole apple but I never chew the seeds. Are you supposed to in order to get the most benefit? Same with apricot stones?! I'd be worried about breaking my teeth on one of those things! Wouldn't mind swallowing one whole but would worry about it either getting lodged or...........hurting when I passed it.

  • Thanks, MrHealthyNut. Wow! That's a lot of apricot kernels for the average person! Glad you are able to tolerate with no problems. :) My mom can only do about 4 per day.

  • Good video, truthful and to the point.

I eat about 20 apricot kernels per day plus any apple seeds I come across in my apples.

I never felt ill or even had upset stomach.

    Apricot kernels are awesome.

  • RadioTrefoil - Yes! They are poisonous, but only to cancerous cells at the amount any normal person would be eating them. :)

  • Amygdalin metabolises to Hydrogen cyanide in the stomach, and therefore fruit seeds ARE poisonous, it's just that you would need to eat hundreds of seeds to kill you.

  • @RadioTrefoil actually Pumpkin seeds are not poisonous...but technically Pumpkins are vegetables

  • You are absolutely right, ILmoriz33! My point is that no one would reasonably eat 40 apples in one sitting. A normal amount is 2 or 3 apples at most, which is why I mentioned eating the whole apple as a guide to how many seeds you should eat. I'm sorry if I was unclear on that point. I certainly would never advise anyone to eat 200 seeds! Yikes! I in no way intended for you to think I was saying that the fruit was a "filter" or in some way makes the amygdalin in the seeds inactive.

  • "However, apple seeds are mildly poisonous, containing a small amount of amygdalin, a cyanogenic glycoside. It usually is not enough to be dangerous to humans, but can deter birds." you should eat a lot of seeds to have poison effects...even if you eat 40 apples with 200 seeds you would probably have effects on your body, no way that the fruit is a "filter" or a antidote for the active principles of the seed...it's like saying that if you eat aconitum anthora root plus the flower you're fine..

  • You sound like the girl from Neurosoup.

  • Foods rich in vitamin B17 are: Apple seeds, apricot kernels bamboo shoots, barley, beet tops, bitter almond, blackberries, boysenberries, brewers yeast, brown rice, buckwheat, cashews, cherry kernels, cranberries, eucalyptus leaves, currants, fava beans, flax seeds, garbanzo beans, gooseberries, huckleberries, lentils, lima beans, linseed meat, loganberries, macadamia nuts, millet, millet seed, peach kernels, pecans, plum kernels, quince, raspberries, sorghum cane syrup, spinach and sprouts.

  • thanks for the info! i would recommend a Microphone Pop Filter for future recordings.

  • i have a grandmother who was told she was close to having diabetes so she started eating very healthy and its apple seeds. On her last check up the doctor

congratulated her for being very healthy. she is no longer on the road to diabetes. So i guess this seeds help.

  • @david19476 its apples : D i meant to say eats apples

  • I never believed seeds were poisonous, but I never thought they tasted good either. so I WOULD eat them if it was like, the apocalypse and it's the only thing I could find to eat or something, but no, they arent poisonous.

  • very kind of you to spread this wealthy news of good health. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!

  • This is a really good vid i was very interestes i wil subscribe

  • Doniell mam you're very right. i'm eating seeds of apricot, apple, pumpkin, watermelon, flax, etc., for last 15 years. However, I am still alive to write this comment which proves the big lie of pharma goons and their brain washing of people with disinformation.

thanks for sharing this vid :)

  • @devmogra I just wish more people knew about the health benefits from eating apple seeds and other fruit seeds. I think our generation would be less prone to cancer, diabetes and many other chronic health problems. :)

  • @SuperfitHsMom ok i understand what you are saying but my husband works at a prison and inmate tried killing himself by eating a whole yrs worth of seeds, what kind i don't know.He stated to officers and the doc that he saved a yrs worth and ate all at once,he was found on his cell floor and not responding so they called a code for medical and the nurse for sure thought drug overdose.he was in a coma for 4 days and he awoke and told his story of wanting to die then face 10 more yrs.

  • @TheMarie1280 So sorry to hear that! You must know, though, that I am not promoting eating a whole bunch of seeds all at once. If you eat about the same amount as if you were eating the whole apple along with the seeds, then there will be no harmful effect, but instead healthful ones. In other words, you wouldn't eat more than about three apples in one sitting, right? So you wouldn't want to eat more than about 18 seeds in one sitting. It's better to eat the seeds with the apple anyways. :)
