the optibike is a great technical concept. But everyone who buys this concept are early adoptes. wait 10 years and ebikes who work like this are much more cheaper.

wow, every optibike thread has posts from ppl who seem not to get the point of opti at all.

Sure it is slightly expensive but come on!!

you could buy $10,000 worth of gas - if you want to give your gvmt all that tax, and have out soldiers fight and killed for oil, and help kill the planet at the same time with a stinky car but i'd rather give the gvmt the finger for tax, have our soldiers not invade foreign land for oil and travel emmision free?

Right now I own 7 bikes and from bike meets I've tried out well over 60-70 bikes and at least 10 diff. e bikes plus the home made ones. This bike is by far the over all #1 performer and worth every penny. Fantastic power on the trails, it just blows up the hills and it will keep a steady pace at 30 for as long as you want to ride. Just try one and report back and tell us what color you ordered. This is a #1 do everything tuned machine that loves to travel.
